Calculator quest

NPC:Blacksmith Brunon Rewards:Calculator

"Starting town - Dwarven Village Race restrictions - None Repeatable - Yes Time - About 1 hour Required: 1 SoE , 2 - 3 Haste potions and 12k for teleports.

1. In Dwarven Village, go into the Blacksmith's Workshop (Blacksmith's Shop)

2. Go through the door on the left, and Brunon should be right there. Talk to him...

3. Choose 'Quest', then 'Calculator'; he will talk about his calculator and the guilds you need to visit for clues.

4. When you finish talking to Brunon, head north to 'Golden Wheel Guild' and talk to 'Elder Spiron'

5. Choose 'Quest' again; there will be two options, pick the one about the calculator, then he will continue and ask you: 'Which is the best Dwarven trade guild? (What is the best Dwarven trade guild?)'

6. Choose 'Golden Wheel', since it is his guild. He will answer: "The next consultant is 'Elder Balanki'; he is on the left in the same building as 'Elder Spiron', talk to him..."

7. Choose 'Quest', then in the next window 'calculator'...

~ Like all dwarves, he wants money (100a, to be exact)

~ Give him the money and he will give you a hint (clue) in exchange.

8. Once you have gathered the information, run back to Blacksmith's Shop and talk to 'Blacksmith Silvera'

~ click 'Quest', then 'Ask about the calculator'.

~ She will ask you to find her 10 crystals at 'Gemstone Beasts'.

~ 'Gemstone Beasts' are in Abandoned Mines.


1. Go into the first room and, once inside, turn left (there is no other way anyway)

2. Go through the tunnel into the next room.

3. This room has two passages; choose:

~ A. South. That room has about 6 - 7 beasts that respawn in 45 seconds.

~ B. North. Go up the tunnel and across the bridge into the next room, then down the ramp into a small passage. The next room will have lots of critters, even if someone else is hunting there.

~ To get the stones, just kill monsters as usual...

~ When you get a crystal, this message appears;

~ Once you have 10 crystals, teleport to the village, run to 'Blacksmith's Shop' and talk to 'Blacksmith Silvera'

~ Choose 'Quest'.

~ Tell her you have the crystals... she will happily give you the calculator.

~ Carry the calculator across the room to 'Blacksmith Brunon' and talk to him.

~ Choose 'Quest'. He will start going on about how his calculator is better and offer a swap ~ Take the calculator ~ This is the message you should get: "That's it. You did it!!!"
