Clan window (Clan Window)
Information about the clan can be found in the clan window (Clan window (Alt+N)). If the player is in a clan, this window shows: the clan name, the clan leader's name, the clan level, castles or clan halls the clan owns, and the list of clan members. The member list shows the names of all clan members, their levels, class and online/offline status.
Clan leaders and members can also perform special clan-related actions in this window.
Member information (Member Info)
Several functions are available in the Member Info window. This window can also be opened by double-clicking a clan member's name in the clan list.
- Invite – invite a clan member to the party
- Change Title – adds or changes the regular blue title above the selected character's head
- Change Rank – assigns the desired rank
- Dismiss – removes the selected player from the clan
- Apprentice/Sponsor – shows the name of an Academy member's sponsor, or the name of the Academy member who was sponsored
- Select – choose this Academy member to sponsor
- Dismiss – cancel sponsorship of the selected Academy member
Privileges (Privileges)
The Privileges button opens the window of available clan privileges.
Community
This button opens the clan's Community window.
Clan information (Clan Info)
The Clan Info button opens a window showing the organization of the clan and its sub-units. All learned clan skills are also shown in this window.
The clan's reputation points and the ranks available to the clan are also shown in this window, at the top of Clan Info.
Penalty (Penalty)
The Penalty button opens a window with information about clan and alliance penalties and the expiry date of each.
Leave (Leave)
This button lets you leave the clan. Clan leaders can't use this button.
War information (War Info)
The War Info button opens a window with more detailed information about the clan wars the clan is currently involved in. Special war-related functions are also available in this window.
Declare war (Declare War)
This button lets you declare war on another clan. Only clans of level 3 and above with at least 15 members can declare war.
End war (End War)
Pressing this button cancels a clan war.
Invite (Invite)
The Invite button invites the selected character to the clan. The player must be online to receive the invitation to join the clan.
Change privileges (Edit Privileges)
The Privileges window lets the clan leader assign the clan's available privileges and abilities to the selected clan member. The leader can assign system privileges and clan hall and castle privileges.
The clan leader should pay special attention when assigning these rights to clan members. Especially if they concern clan reputation points, inviting/expelling from the clan, or relate to the clan's castle/manor.
The clan leader can distribute clan hall and castle rights even if the clan currently has neither a castle nor a clan hall.
Change crest (Edit Emblem)
The Edit Emblem button lets a privileged clan member change the crest and emblem of a clan of at least level 3.
The crest must be a 16x12 pixels image saved in 256 color *.bmp. format
The clan emblem is the corresponding symbol for the clan shield of a clan that owns a castle or clan hall.
A 64x64 pixels image saved in 256 color *.bmp. format can be registered as the emblem
