Subclass — subclass system, subclass quest

Subclass from GoD Glory Days

Since the Glory Days update, the game has a new subclass quest, Red Thread of Fate. The old subclass quests were removed.

Now, to start the subclass quest, you first need to complete the quest Seize Your Destiny, so your character must be above level 85 and have an awakened class (i.e. the 4th class).

Subclass from GoD Awakening

At level 75, every class can take a set of difficult subclass quests that give access to a subclass (a "sub" for short).

A subclass is a kind of second "self" of your character: the character picks another second class while keeping its appearance and name. After that you can switch between the subclass and the main class almost anywhere (except perhaps the Kamaloka hall). For example, a player can be an archer for a while, then switch to a mage and play as one, even as a dwarf. In this example you would need two subclasses, since dwarven classes have no specialists in either magic or archery. Or switch to a buffer and buff the party before a raid. See also skills obtained from a subclass.

The subclass and the main class develop independently. At any moment you can permanently delete a subclass and choose a new one (which starts again from level 40). But a dual class cannot be deleted, and it can be changed only by a non-matching rebirth if you have Br aga valakas 01 i00 0 Stone of Destiny.

You can take additional subclasses once your last subclass reaches level 75, without doing the quest again. Which subclasses are available depends on your first ("main") class and is further limited by the subclasses you have already added.

Subclass system

If you have reached level 75, don't think it's all behind you. On the contrary, it's only just beginning!

You get a unique chance to become someone else while staying yourself. By completing the tasks below, split into two parts, you gain the ability to change your character's class to another one of your choice. So if you are a mage, you can play as a tank, for example, or as a dwarf. Your appearance will not change, but all abilities, stats and skills will be those of the chosen subclass. You can switch to the subclass and back to the main class at any time.

And most importantly! Once your subclass reaches level 75, you can become Noblesse, and after making a dual class and doing the rebirth quest, take part in Grand Olympiad. And by winning the Olympiad you become Hero!

But, as always, there are restrictions. Kamael can only take Kamael classes as subclasses. No one except the Kamael can take a Kamael class as a subclass. You cannot take Warsmith or Overlord as a subclass. Elf cannot get the abilities of Dark Elf and vice versa. You cannot take a subclass from the same awakening group as your main class.

Subclass and dual class quests

You can take, change or delete a subclass at the Master NPC "Raina" in Talking Island Village.

If you already have a subclass, changing it gives you a new one at level 40.

You can switch to one of your subclasses or back to your main class in the Information window.

When you switch subclasses, you get the "identity crisis" debuff for 15 seconds: your combat abilities are reduced and you cannot use skills or items (except potions). You cannot change subclass while the debuff is active.

Once you level a subclass to 75, you can take the next one without losses, i.e. all subclasses at 75+ are kept.

If a Kamael levels two subclasses to 75, the unique subclass Inspector becomes available.

While leveling your first subclass you can do the Noblesse quests and become a Noblesse once the subclass reaches level 75.
