Goddard, Rune, New locations.

North of Aden new regions were added – Goddard and Rune. The territories include Goddard Castle Town, Rune Castle Town and Goddard Castle. High-level monsters will be placed in this area – 75+. The developers promise high intelligence for these humanoid monsters, which are sometimes very hard to tell apart from player characters.

This zone is located south of Goddard Castle, west of Goddard Castle Town. This area is inhabited by Varka Silenos – the most powerful Silenos in the game. A player can choose one of the sides - Varka Silenos or Ketra Orcs. To earn the respect of Ketra Orcs, a player must hunt in Varka Silenos Station. On the other hand, to earn the respect of Varka Silenos, you have to hunt in Ketra Orc Outpost. Once a player has earned enough respect, he'll be able to use the shops in these settlements depending on his side.

This zone is located north of Goddard Castle Town. This area is inhabited by Ketra Orc – the most powerful Orc in the game.

Behind this wall languishes Argos – the thousand-eyed giant. They say he was imprisoned here centuries ago for angering Einhasad. The zone is located east of Goddard Castle Town. This maze of canyons is completely identical to Dragon Valley, except that the monsters here are much stronger. Only through this zone can you get to Tomb of Kings

The greatest kings of Aden and Elmore were buried here. The way to this tomb was closed to mere mortals - the slaves who built the road to the burial vault were walled up after the construction was finished. Their souls still wander the cemetery, and they're anything but good-natured. Some rooms can only be entered by a party, and the previous room must be cleared first

Located in the northern part of Godad, the hot springs became famous thanks to the nearby volcano – the Forge of the Gods (Brazier of Gods). The monsters living in these parts put special debuffs on characters – a mix of buffs and debuffs (more minuses than pluses). These debuffs can only be cured by bathing in the waters of the hot springs.

Located in the northeastern part of Goddard. Path of Fire – the only road leading to the lair of the dragon Valakas (Lair of Valakas). Monsters in this area drop items useful for raids (note: probably Charm of Luck).

Around Godad Castle Town various monsters have been settled, similar to ones already in the game but with a larger set of skills, and they hit much harder.

This zone is located on the border between Godad and Rune. In ancient times the armies of Godad and Rune. clashed here. To this day the souls and bodies of the fallen warriors of both armies roam the area at night, and their cries fill the Swamp of Screams (Swamp of Screams).

North of Rune Castle Town lies an ancient burial ground that became holy in the days when Einhasad took part in the life of Elmore and Aden. Monsters in this zone have a wide set of unique skills.

This territory used to be a place where animals were raised for the king's army. But the difficulties, or rather the impossibility, of taming wild animals led to the pastures being abandoned. The animals, which have grown even wilder, still roam the fields waiting for a daredevil who can tame them. A player can tame such an animal for a while – the pet will follow the character and fight on his side until the player logs out.

Located east of Rune Castle Town, this forest is cursed – in ancient times a rebellion by Baron von Hellmann (Von Hellman) was brutally crushed here by loyalist forces. Since then the forest has been inhabited by the risen dead – not only zombies, but far more terrible vampires and even liches. Players should beware of corpses – any necromancer player and even monsters can "explode" them

East of Rune Castle Town, beyond the Forest of the Dead (Forest of the Dead), lies the Swamp of Screams. Besides the ghosts of fallen warriors, a strong tribe of Stakato. has settled here

This dungeon belongs to the Seven Signs but is completely different from all the others. The return and use of the Seals caused a tear in the fabric of existence, and hordes of demons from other worlds rushed into the world of Aden. To get inside the Rift, you need to win the Festival of Darkness or obtain special items in the Catacombs and Necropolises, after which the party will be randomly teleported to one of the dungeon's rooms. With a certain amount of luck, players can end up in a room with a raid boss that drops rare items (rare items are covered in another section).

Monsters with a specific set of skills were added in these zones.

A new castle Godad Castle. was added. It stands on top of a plateau, which creates the effect of an impregnable fortress. Rune Castle doesn't exist.

Ferry.

Green light

A new ship route was added between Rune Harbor and Gludin Hardbor. The trip is on the house. Freebie, sir!

Interface changes.

To make the game comfortable for both newcomers and experienced players, the following changes and improvements were made to the game interface:

System messages will now be shown in a new window above the chat window. To stop system messages from appearing in the chat window, turn off the System message option in the chat settings. You can also remove the system message window in the game settings. The system message window can't be enlarged.

The chat window (General, Trade, Party, Clan, Alliance) can now be split into separate windows. To do this, "drag" a chat tab anywhere on the screen. To merge the separate windows into one, drag the tabs back onto the chat window. The size of the split windows, however, can't be changed.

The manor window was enlarged (note: no more of those silly double lines with scrolling) and a search function was added: - You can see the terms for buying and selling certain seeds in other towns; - You can sell seeds in other regions, but a tax of 5% will be deducted (note: we'll get 5% fewer materials). - You can see all the information about crop rewards in a specially added window (note: no idea what that means)

You can now see not only party members' HP and MP, but also their CP.

Party members are now shown on the mini-map. If you select a party member, the mini-map centers on that character. The maps of Elmore and Aden are now merged into one.

A Penalty. tab was added to the clan window (ALT+N). You can now see the penalties imposed on the clan and alliance – the type and expiry date of the penalty (a player leaving the clan, a clan leaving the alliance, an alliance disbanding etc.)

When specifying multiple amounts in the item count dialog that pops up when selling non-adena items or pops up from the trade window of crafting NPC's, one can now directly input all of the amounts at one time. (note: the words make sense individually, the meaning is a mystery) Display of Region's Name Region name display Many are annoyed by the caption that pops up when moving around Aden? Now you can turn it off.

Up to 12 people can now "enter" a party search "room". The minimized party search icon will blink if another player "enters" the "room" or if one of the players types a message. When a party "room" is created, the party window opens only for the party leader. When the party leader changes, the party search window will open only for the new party leader. The party search window now shows the names of party leaders.

The target window (with clan and skills) can be expanded (note: but why?) The remaining time on a buff is now displayed in the buff status window's tooltip. In short – a buff timer. When you hover over a buff, the time until it ends is also shown. A minute before the effect ends, a timer appears in the corner of the buff. (note: the most useful of all of the above)

When you hover over the weight bar, the current and maximum weight will be shown in numbers. For example 74900 / 234000.

The recipe book was moved from the inventory to the skills window (note: you can put it on the shortcut bar). Moreover, registered recipes can be placed on the shortcut bar (note: "hip hip hooray," shout the dwarves). In that case, it shows not the recipe icon but the icon of the item that can be made with this recipe. So that dwarves don't confuse the real item with its recipe, a hammer will be drawn in the corner of the icon (note: oh, why am I not a dwarf crafter?)

A player can now see how many free slots there are in the warehouses (like in the inventory)

Besides being able to sell several items at once as a set (with a single price for the whole set), you can also sell several items in one slot (note: like soulshots, materials etc., I don't know how to translate it better – stackable).

If a player presses Num Lock, the character will move forward without having to hold down the "forward" key. (note: a dubious feature) Where-to-move Mark Movement point marker The look of the marker showing where the character will run after clicking the ground was changed for players' convenience. It's now a falling blue sphere. (note: didn't even translate it, IMHO it's not worth it)

You can now resurrect players outside your party (note: what a blunder – priceless) When resurrected, the player will be told who is resurrecting him and given a choice – accept or decline (note: the further I read, the more I remember WoW).

Previously, when using a skill/spell on a target, pressing ESC cancelled the spell/skill and removed the target. Now: - If a target is selected but no skill/spell is being used, pressing ESC removes the target. - If a target is selected and a skill/spell is being used, pressing ESC interrupts the cast but doesn't remove the target. - If you close the target window (remove the target) or change the target while casting a spell, the skill/spell cast won't be interrupted – for that you'll have to press ESC.

To prevent accidentally enchanting the wrong items (note: first I've heard of it, but I believe it – wouldn't risk "accidentally" burning a Soul Bow), after using a scroll and then choosing an item, a confirmation window will appear – it will show which item you're about to enchant.

Items.

After a Noble becomes a Hero, he/she will be able to get epic items for the time he/she remains a Hero. These items can be obtained from NPC Olympiad Guide.

Weapons, armor and accessories were added for players 75+ (note: now S grade can only be worn after reaching level 75). S grade items must be unsealed at Mamon Blacksmith. To put a special ability (SA) into a S grade weapon, you need a level 13 crystal. This crystal can be obtained from a level 12 crystal by completing the special quest 'This moment, may strength weigh on the blade'.

Now A grade earrings, rings and necklaces can (note: and should) be unsealed. Unsealed accessories will give a bigger bonus to magic defense.

SA added for the following weapons:

  1. C class
    1. Stick of Faith, Stick of Eternity, Nirvana Axe, Club of Nature, Mace of Underworld, Inferno Staff, Pole Axe
  2. B class
    1. Sword of Valhalla
  3. New Scrolls New scrolls
    1. Scroll of Escape - <town>. With these scrolls you can teleport to the town named in the scroll from anywhere in Aden. These scrolls can be bought from Gatekeeper or made in Clan Hall if the player has Dimension Diamond in their inventory. These diamonds can be obtained by completing the first 2 quests for the 2nd class (note: nothing is said about those who already have the 2nd class. Apparently they'll get them right away when logging in – in the warehouse).

Unlike normal enchant scrolls, when an attempt to enchant an item with Blessed scrolls fails, the weapon won't break but will become +0. Yes, yes, these scrolls do NOT increase the enchant chance. Wedding Outfits Wedding outfits Wedding outfits were added. On male characters they look like tailcoats. On female characters they look like a wedding dress. These outfits can be obtained by completing a quest for players 60+. While a character wears a wedding outfit, he can't use skills and spells. The equipped weapon is removed. (note: If you equip a weapon, the outfit comes off, I assume).

Items for clan members were added: Castle lord's crown This crown can be obtained by the leader of a castle-owning clan from NPC in the castle right after the siege. You can't get more than 1 crown. The crown can't be transferred or sold. It also can't be dropped (even as a PK). Castle owner's circlet This item is available to all members of the castle-owning clan. Players in an alliance with the castle-owning clan can't get this circlet. Clan emblem shield Clans that own a castle or a fortress can buy special shields. These shields can be decorated with the clan's own emblem. Image requirements – 64x64 pixels, 256 colors, BMP. format. You can upload the image via the option on the Clan. tab

Players get the Noble circlet right after finishing the Noble quest. The Hero circlet can only be obtained if the character becomes a Hero.

Various hair accessories that can be worn not only by female characters but also by male ones. Judging by screenshots and posts, you can wear bunny ears and hairpins. Luckily, hairpins can only be worn by female characters.

Some raid bosses drop unique accessories that give extra bonuses besides good magic defense. List of raid bosses: Ant Queen, Orfen, Zaken, Baium, Antharas, Valakas.

Recipes are now stackable – several identical ones take one inventory slot. Regular Craft Recipe. were added. Regular Craft recipes are expensive items that can only be obtained by fishing, and also made in clan halls (clan hall).

2 music crystals were added – Mendelssohn's March and Happy Birthday 2 U. Soulshot, Spiritshots and Blessed Siritshots for pets were added. They can be bought from Pet Manager NPC.

Valakas.

A new dungeon boss – the Fire Dragon Valakas (Fire Dragon Valakas) – the first of the ancient dragons created by the goddess Shilen herself. This dragon's lair is in the heart of the Forge of the Gods (Brazier of Gods) – a volcano named in honor of the gods. The dragon itself is much smaller than the well-known Antharas, but much more dangerous and cunning than its brother. To get to Valakas' lair, you need to reach the Hall of Flames (Corridor of Fire) on the upper floors of Brazier of Gods. But before heading there, the player will have to complete the quest Into the Flames, given by Lookout of Valakas Kline. You can find this NPC in Brazier of Gods. After completing the quest, the player gets a one-time pass to Corridor of Fire. In Corridor of Fire 2 sub-bosses appear, Kin of Valakas and Chief Gatekeeper of Valakas. By killing them, players can get special items that help fight the dragon more effectively. A player in Valakas' cave takes huge damage when stepping into lava. Watch your step, junior! The maximum number of people who can take part in the Valakas raid is limited to 200 – more simply won't fit in the lair.

Pets.

3 new pets were added. You can get them by completing quests, or by producing a special ticket in a clan hall and then exchanging it for a pet. The pets' names:

These pets have to be fed Baby Spice, and their strength and abilities are lower than those of existing pets (note: i.e. they're weaker than the wolf). The stats of dragons and striders were changed: previously all dragons were divided into 3 categories: normal (wind)/defensive (star)/leveling (twilight). Now they're divided into these categories: warrior (wind)/mage (star)/runner (twilight). All dragons got new skills matching their new categories. Changes to the rules of the pet and summon system.

  1. If the pet's owner restarts the game (restart), the pet returns to its binder. If the pet has died and the owner restarts at that moment, the pet does NOT return to the binder, and moreover it will lie on the ground for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the pet and the binder disappear. If the pet has died, 20 minutes haven't passed yet and the owner logs out, the pet returns to the binder, but on the next summon it will have 0 HP.
  2. If a pet has died and the server restarts at that time, the pet returns to the binder. When summoned again, the pet will have 0 HP.
  3. Fixed a bug where summons with poison attacks (poison) received extra XP beyond the set norm (note: apparently they took more XP from summoners than they should)
  4. Fixed a bug where a summon's owner didn't enter combat mode when the summon attacked an enemy, and vice versa. Now when a summon attacks another character or summon, all participants enter combat mode – both the summons and their owners.
  5. When the summon/pet's owner uses Scroll of Escape, the summon/pet will automatically follow its owner, even if the STAY. command was given before
  6. A DISMISS command was added for summons to release a summon when it's not needed (note: we save crystals).
  7. A new command was added for summons/pets MOVE. With this command the pet moves to the chosen target without attacking it.
  8. When a pet gains a level, an animation is shown similar to the one shown when a player levels up.

Clan Halls.

5 clan halls were added in Giran Castle Town and 4 clan halls in Godad Castle Town. All new clan halls are A class clan halls. Clan halls can also be furnished. From now on, leaders of clans that own clan halls in Aden can ride Wyverns. To do this, talk to the NPC gatekeeper. The ability to produce items for clan halls Dion Castle Town. was added. You can see the clan halls' locations on the town map at NPC Auctioneer. Contestable clan halls (note: Partsian Hideaway, Bandit Stronghold) The ownership period of such clan halls was increased from 1 week to 2. So you'll have to fight for them less often. These clan halls got the option of installing upgrades: XP recovery, buffs, item production. Everything is the same as for normal clan halls.

Now, to sign up for the capture of Bandit Stronghold, you can not only complete a quest but also simply pay a lot of adena. You can see the list of participants in the capture of Bandit Stronghold by talking to NPC Messenger. In contestable clan halls and castles the price of teleporting to hunting grounds was changed to 500a – the same as in normal clan halls. Other When a clan hall is upgraded to level 3, you can produce Pet Ticket and recipes for various potions/fish oil/accessory/dye/hairstyle potion/facelifting potion. in it. In clan halls and castles where leaders were given the ability to fly Wyverns, you can also buy food for Wyverns.

Castle changes

Castles NPC Teleport. were removed from castles. To get out of/into a castle, you need to talk to the gatekeeper. The clan leader can authorize clan members to use teleportation.

Siege changes

Sieges Because of the new castle, the number of castles that can be besieged at the same time was increased to 4 per day. Mercenaries can now be bought only a week before the siege, during the Seven Signs Victory period (note: this fixes a bug where the Revolutionaries of Dusk owned the Seal of Strife, but the Lords of Dawn could buy strong mercenaries in advance). The number of mercenaries you can buy was changed. You can find out the exact number at NPC Mercenary Manager. Clans signed up to defend a castle can't break the castle gates and walls (note: i.e. right now clans signed up for defense can summon a golem with impunity and break the castle gates and walls – this will be considered bug abuse and the whole clan will be banned J)

Manor changes.

The periods when the castle lord can sell seeds and buy crops were changed, as well as the time when money is taken from the castle treasury for production and purchasing. Seed sale and crop purchase prices can now be set from 8 pm to 8 am every day (20:00 to 8:00). After that, the set prices can no longer be changed. The cost of production and purchasing is deducted from the castle treasury right away at 8 am (8:00). All crops bought and processed on the previous day go into the clan warehouse at 8 pm (20:00), when the new manor day begins. The money left over, not spent on buying crops, also goes into the warehouse. The number of crops that can be set for purchase in a castle was changed. A new type of seed was added – Cova Seed for high-level players and monsters. All castles can produce any items – the number of items produced will be limited only by the number of crops bought. The number of normal and alternative seeds put up for sale was changed. The ratio of seeds sold to crops bought was changed separately for normal and alternative ones. You can buy more crops than you sell seeds.

Character changes.

Players can now level their characters all the way to level 78. The same goes for subclasses. A quest for the 3rd class is also introduced. Characters can also become Nobles and Heroes. However, to become a Hero you'll have to take part in the Olympiad. 3rd class Players who reach level 76 can get their 3rd class. Players who get the 3rd class get stronger versions of their old skills, as well as a line of new skills, and can also develop their existing skills through the skill enchant system. Unlike the choice of the 1st and 2nd class, the 3rd class strengthens characters in search of the ideal version of the given class.

Nobles

Players who level a subclass to 75 and complete a special quest can become Nobles. Characters who receive nobility are given special skills and spells. Most of these skills and spells are meant for raids and sieges. When nobility is received, both the main class and all subclasses become noble. So the new skills can be used by both the main class and the subclasses.

Heroes

Any Noble who wins the Olympiad (Grand Olympiad) – a pure PvP competition among nobles – can become a Hero. Fights between players are held throughout the month. At the end of the month the best PvP players in their class are determined. They're awarded the title of Hero and also get to use epic items and other accessories. Moreover, every Hero gets special auras (note: either it just glows like a Jedi sword, or something more serious, like an ally booster). Choosing Heroes

Choosing a Hero

All nobles can see the 10 best Olympiad players by talking to NPC Olympiad Administrator. Nobles who took part in 4 or fewer fights won't make the list. If several players have the same score, up to 15 characters can be included in the top players' lists. The players in the list are sorted by name rather than by points, so you'll only learn the winner's name when it's announced :)

Grand Olympiad

Nobles who have the 3rd class can take part in the Olympiad. The Olympiad is a system of 1-on-1 PvP fights among characters of both the same class and different classes. Players are awarded points for winning in the Olympiad. The player with the most points is declared the Olympiad winner. Competition rules Two types of fights: -2 characters of the same class, and 2 characters of different classes.

  1. To take part in the Olympiad, talk to NPC Olympiad Administrator. Fights are held from 3 pm to 3 am (15:00 to 3:00). ##You can sign up for the Olympiad only during these hours.
    1. Those who sign up for the Olympiad are randomly paired, and then both opponents are teleported to the arena.
    2. 30 seconds before the fight starts, players get a warning in the system message window. After that the opponents are moved to the dueling place.
    3. A duel lasts no more than 3 minutes. The loss goes to the player whose HP drops to 0. The character doesn't die (no XP penalty). If neither character "dies" within three minutes, the winner is the one who dealt the most damage (note: an unfair system, IMHO - what about an archer vs a prophet?).
    4. After the duel ends and the winner and loser are determined, each is told about it and their new score is shown. Then the characters are moved to the nearest town.
    5. If one of the players leaves the game before the duel ends (logs out or loses connection), that player is given the loss. If the server restarts during a duel, the duel is considered void.
    6. Before the duel starts, characters get all their HP, MP and CP. restored. All buffs and debuffs are removed from the characters. All summoned pets are recalled. Summoned servitors and cubics aren't recalled but are moved to the arena together with their owner. All buffs on summons are also removed.
  1. Only main classes can take part in the Olympiad. If a player switches from the main class to a subclass after signing up for the Olympiad, he's removed from the lists.
  2. If a player is in a party at the moment of teleporting to the arena, he's automatically removed from the party.
  3. If a player has 0 points in the Olympiad, he can't take part in the Olympiad any further.
  4. During a duel only the following items can be used: Soulshot, Spiritshot/Blessed Spiritshot, Sound/Echo Crystal, Energy Stone and Firecrackers. Other items can't be used.
  5. During a duel you can't use the Recall, Party Recall spell and other similar spells and skills.
  1. All Olympiad participants are awarded 18 points on first registration. Every week players get another 3 points.
  2. When you win a duel, all the loser's points go to the winner.
  3. You can find out your score at NPC Olympiad Administrator.
  4. After the Olympiad ends, if a player has 50 or more points, he can exchange them at NPC Olympiad Administrator for Noblesse Gate Passes at a ratio of 1 point = 1000 Noblesse Gate Passes.

With Noblesse Gate Passes you can buy various items from NPC Olympiad Administrator or use them at Gatekeeper for teleportation.

  1. A player can watch duels during the Olympiad using Broadcasting Tower.
  2. You can see who has signed up for the Olympiad and the names of those fighting in a duel.
  3. In spectator mode a player can see the opponents' HP, MP, CP and buffs/debuffs.
  4. Spectators also get information about the skills the opponents use and critical hits.
  5. When you start watching a duel, you're moved to the arena. If you don't leave the arena after the duel ends, you can keep watching other duels.
  6. When leaving spectator mode, the player is moved to the town where he started watching. The player will also be moved to town if he logs out or the server restarts while watching a duel.
  7. Watching duels is free.

Skills

Skill Enchants Skill enchanting.

  1. Skill enchanting. Normally, when getting the next skill level, players got a more powerful skill but at a higher cost MP. Enchanted skills don't follow this rule – the player chooses which parameters to improve for each skill from a list of available improvements.
  2. List of available improvements. Each skill will have its own list of available improvements – enchant branches. It can be a shorter spell cooldown, a longer duration or a lower cost MP. Once a player has chosen a skill's development branch, he can't change it, so be careful when choosing. You can't enchant skills along several branches at once.
  3. Skill enchanting isn't limited by character level. Any character of any level can enchant a skill to the maximum level (note: as with weapons, that's +20).

Skill enchanting requires XP, SP and a special scroll Titan's Secret Scroll.

  1. The Titan's Secret Scroll scroll is needed only when choosing a skill's enchant branch; after that, enchanting only consumes XP and SP. If the player doesn't have enough XP and SP from the start of the level, he can't enchant skills. I.e. a level 74 00.00% character can't enchant a skill, i.e. you can't delevel by enchanting a skill.

Success chance Chance to Fail

  1. When enchanting there's a chance of failure. In that case the skill is reset to +0.

3rd Profession skills have been added Skills for the 3rd class Skills were added for characters 76+ who got the 3rd class.

For taking part in the Grand Olympiad (GrandOlympiad), a Noble gets Olympiad rewards, which he can then exchange for items such as Blessed Scrolls of Enchant Weapon and Armor (BlessedScrollofEnchantWeapon/Armor) and other items that are hard to get the usual way.

3rd class skills

Common to all classes All characters with the 3rd class get the following skills:

Increases resistance to immobilization and sleep spells.

Your character reaches the peak of mastery. With a small chance, when using a skill/spell, the character may randomly: a) immediately use the skill again (if it's an attack skill/spell) b) the skill will last much longer (if it's a buff/debuff/immobilization/sleep spell).

Skills of each class

This list is far from complete, since we have to drag the information out of players of the Korean PTS almost with pliers. However, as soon as information appears, we post it right away. (And we translate it too ^_^)

  1. Lethal Blow (76): Launches a strong attack on enemy's weakpoint, enabling great damage. (note: chance of reducing enemy's hp to 0 at a very low success rate)
  2. Bluff (77): Tricks the enemy into showing its back. Instantly puts the enemy in a stunned state. Must be equipped with a dagger.

(note: This skill works in PvP as well as PvE. The enemy is turned around (100%) and loses his/her target. The stun effect of the skill has a low landing rate, and breaks more easily than the usual stun. Cooldown time is 40 seconds.)

  1. Warrior Bane (76): Cancels enemy's Atk.Spd and Movement speed buffs. Uses 70 MP.
  2. Mage Bane (?): Cancels enemy's M.Atk and Casting Speed buffs
  3. Warrior Servitor (?):
  4. Final Servitor (?):
  1. Fire Vortex (78): Launches a fire attack while simultaneously decreasing enemy's accuracy, resistance against fire attacks and drains his/her MP for a period of time.
  2. Arcane Chaos (77): Instantly decreases enemy's Max HP and Cancels all buffs and debuffs.
  3. Arcane Power (78):Maximizes magic power. M.Attack and MP usage increases. Continuously drains HP.
  1. Health (76) : Increases resistance against Poison and Bleed
  2. Seal of Disease (76): AoE debuff. Decreases enemies' abilities to be healed and their resistance to cancel
  3. Soul of Paagrio (77): Increases alliance members' m.attack.
  4. Eye of Paagrio (?):

(note: I believe this is clan deathwhisper..)

  1. Seal of Despair (78):Instantly decreases p.atk, m.atk, accuracy, atk.spd, casting speed, hp, crit rate and magic crit rate of surronding enemies.

New 1st and 2nd class skills

  2. The power of the skill Destroyer - Crush of Doom was increased; it now deals double damage.
  3. The power of the archers' skill Fatal Strike was increased. With the minimum amount of HP the skill deals about 3000 damage.

Festival of Darkness (Festival of Darkness)

  1. Increased chance of getting Blood of Sacrifice
  2. New monsters with new kinds of attacks and skills and high intelligence were introduced

Message board (Community Board ALT+B)

  1. A search function was added to the clans section. You can search by clan name and by the clan leader's name.
  2. Clan leaders now have an alert system. If you set the Alert option to on when creating the Clan announcement, all clan members logging into the game will get the corresponding notice.
  3. The Regional Community. section was launched. Here players can see information about the current server – castle taxes (Castle Taxe) and their owners (Castle Owner), clan hall owners (Clan Hall Owner), and the dates of the next auctions for free clan halls (Clan Hall Bidding Date).

Raids and raid bosses (Raid and Raid-bosses)

  1. Some raid bosses were weakened so that players can beat them with small groups (2-3 parties).
  2. New raid bosses with new skills and abilities were added. To beat them you'll need not only several parties of players but also tactics. (note: well, I don't even know what to say, AI (AI) only exists in movies).
  3. Especially for such raids a new chat was added – Raid Chat. With special commands the leader of one of the parties creates such a channel and then invites the leaders of other parties into it. However, for this chat to be usable, the raid chat must include at least 5 parties. Only party leaders can write in this channel. (note: I won't list the commands further, since the names may change – it's enough to know that such a useful feature will exist).

Quests and the Explorers' guild (Quests and Adventurers Guild)

  1. From the Adventurers' Guild MemberNPC you can get information about the quests in the game – who gives the quest and in which town, level limits, repeatable or one-time quest. Moreover, after choosing a quest you like, the player gets a pointer to the quest's starting place (the same one given in the starting dungeon when creating a new character) – a 3D arrow on a circle.
  2. From the same NPC you can get information about the raid bosses in the game – their level, name and location. If desired, the player will also get a pointer to the chosen raid boss's location.

New quests (Quests)

With the introduction of the third class and new territories, and the expected influx of new players, the following quests were added:

  1. For getting the third class and the title of Noble.
  2. For exploring the new territories, and quests for hunting in these territories.
  3. Various quests related to fishing and skill enchanting.
  4. Quests for getting unique items (wedding outfits, accessories) and S grade items.
  5. 3 quests for getting 3 different pets were added.
  6. Quests for newcomers (up to level 20) and mid-level players (from 20 to 60).
  7. The level 13 Soul Crystal needed for S grade weapons can be obtained through a quest. List of monsters for the quest: Antharas, Valakas, Raid BossAmber, Plunderer's Subcommander Anakazel.

Fishing (Fishing)

The introduction of fishing is one of the ways NCSoft tries to break up the monotony of the game. Moreover, through fishing you can get various items and materials for creating Common items – drinks, dyes, various accessories (hairpins, masks etc.).

  1. To go fishing, a player needs a fishing rod (Fishing Pole), bait (Bait) and the fishing skill (Fishery). All of this can be obtained from the Fisherman NPC for a fee in adena. A rod and bait can also be obtained for completing specific quests.
  2. From the same Fisherman NPC you can buy the book "Fishing for Dummies. 5 steps to success" (Fishing Guide), which gives not only basic information about fishing but also lots of useful tips for beginning anglers.
  3. Professional anglers can buy special Fishing Shot, without which it will be hard to land a serious catch.
  4. You can fish in any body of water (rivers, lakes and even puddles, not to mention the sea) where the breath bar appears. (note: but the bar also appears when entering the catacombs… hmm…) Players can also fish in the new zone Goddard Hot Springs.
  5. The rod and bait must be equipped. It works like a bow with arrows – the rod goes in the character's right hand, the bait in the left. It's better to put the #Fishery skill on the shortcut bar right away and activate it from there. It's also better to put the Fishing Shot there to use them as needed.
  6. After using the Fishery skill, the fishing window opens. After a certain time a fish will surely bite. Then a timer appears. The player's task is to bring the fish's HP down to 0 within the given time. If the player succeeds, the fish is caught; otherwise the fish gets away. The caught fish (Catched Fish) goes into the inventory.
  7. Besides fish, a player can catch a treasure chest (Treasure Chest). Or an evil sea monster that won't miss the chance to invite a careless player to breakfast, lunch and even dinner (if it was a well-fed dwarf).
  8. The level of the Fishery skill determines which level of fish will bite the bait. But the higher the fish's level, the harder it is to catch. The player will have to learn 2 supporting skills – Pumping (Reeling) and (Pumping). They can be learned from the same Fisherman NPC.
  9. When you double-click a caught fish or a treasure chest, the player gets some random items. Usually these are recipes and materials for creating Common items (Regular Item Craft). There's a small chance to get special items that can be exchanged for the Giant's Secret Scroll (Titan's Secret Scroll), which is needed for skill enchanting.

Clan wars

In C4 the system of wars between clans was completely revised. Moreover, the war rules that exist in C3 will be completely changed. (note: changed for the worse in the opinion of most players. It's quite possible the new system will never be implemented.)

  1. Only the leader of a level 3 clan with at least 15 players in the clan can declare war on another clan. War can be declared only on the leader of a level 3 clan with at least 15 players in the clan.
  2. War is declared on a clan regardless of whether that clan's leader accepted the declaration. If the leader of the hostile clan doesn't accept the declaration, such a war is called one-sided. Otherwise a two-sided war begins.
  3. When a clan declares war, an icon of crossed swords appears above the players of the clan on which war was declared.
  4. The clan leader can delegate the right to end a war, but not to declare war or accept a declaration of war.
  5. A clan can declare war on no more than 30 clans at a time. But the number of accepted declarations of war is unlimited.
  6. You can't declare war on a clan in the same alliance as your clan. Moreover, you can't form an alliance with a clan you're currently at war with.
  1. Players of the clan that declared war will lose 1/4 of the normally lost XP if killed by a player of the clan on which war was declared. This rule applies even in a one-sided war.
  2. In a one-sided war, if a player of the clan that declared war kills a player of the hostile clan, he gets karma and the PK. counter goes up
  3. In a two-sided war, if a player of the clan that declared war kills a player of the hostile clan, he gets karma and the PvP. counter goes up

Leaving and ending a war

  1. A clan at war can leave it at any moment. However, leaving a war doesn't mean ending it – a two-sided war becomes one-sided.
  2. To leave a war, as when declaring it, the enemy clan's consent isn't required. Members of both clans will be notified that one of the clans has left the war.
  3. A war between two clans ends only when both clans have left the state of war with each other.
