Goddess of Destruction - Tauti
The new Goddess of Destruction - Tauti update brings some improvements and gameplay changes. New locations have been added: Seed of Hellfire, the home of the new raid boss Tauti (level 79, 98); Guillotine Fortress, a reworked location for characters of level 95 and higher. Castles can now join the forces of Darkness or Light (Castles of Light or Castles of Darkness) depending on their owners' wishes and get the corresponding bonuses. You can also try yourself in the new monthly PvP competition Ceremony of Chaos, and much more.
Tauti and Seed of Hellfire
Seed of Hellfire
| Recommended level | Location type |

| 97-99 | Party Quest Zone |
Shilen, the Goddess of Destruction, is expanding her sphere of influence on the continent of Gracia by increasing the power of the Seeds scattered across Gracia's landscape. On her orders, Tauti (Tauti) sends his followers Zahak (Zahak), Kunda (Kunda) and Zofan (Zofan) into Gracia. A new, fourth Seed of Destruction in Gracia has become available to the bravest adventurers ready to take on the dangers of the new Seed. Although Tauti carries out Shilen's orders, he makes no secret of looking for ways to increase his own power and influence.
Seed of Hellfire (Seed of Hellfire): unlike all the other Seeds, the Seed of Hellfire is a Seed of mechanisms and technology. You can get there by airship from Keucereus Alliance Base. The Seed has 4 floors; as you advance through them, the monsters' appearance changes and their difficulty increases. Also, the deeper you go into the Seed, the more evidence you see of a brewing war between the slaves and the soldiers.
- Floor 1: Sewers: The first floor is home to the Zofan (Zofan), Tauti's worker servants, who live in heaps of waste and garbage dumped from the Seed's upper floors. The floor consists of three rooms, with a sewage ditch running through the central room. The entrance to the floor is in the southern part of the location. The floor also has NPC Fergason and Sizrak, who give quests, and NPC, who handles transport; at the southern entrance stands Aku, who also gives quests. You can reach another floor by climbing a small hill at the edges of the floor or through the drainage ditch in the middle of the room.
- Floor 2: Factory District: The second floor is covered in a thick layer of fire and smoke and is full of machines, since the Kunda (Kunda) and the Zofan (Zofan) work nonstop making weapons for Tauti's military forces. High walls divide the location into 3 rooms, just like on the first floor. This floor is also a Quest Zone; when a party of players enters it, an event with a special reward is triggered. The first and second floors are open with no restrictions or special conditions. The third and fourth floors are reserved for the Raid on Tauti.
- Floor 3: Training Grounds: The third floor is home to Tauti's military forces, where they rest, train and worship Tauti. The Kunda (Kunda) train in the front part of the floor, and the Zahak (Zahak) worship Tauti in the temple at the back of the floor, where the passage to the fourth floor is. The Kunda (Kunda) zone is filled with weapon and armor storehouses that increase the physical power and armor of nearby monsters. A large wall is decorated with frescoes of Tauti's axes surrounded by the industrial fires of the machines.
- Floor 4: Tauti’s Temple: The last floor of the Seed of Hellfire is reserved for Tauti. In the center of the polygonal room float Tauti's twin axes. Floor 4 is where adventurers can prepare for the Raid on Tauti.
The first and second floors of the Seed of Hellfire are open for free hunting by parties of players, with constant monster respawn, and you can stay there as long as you like. Zone progress includes 2 stages; by meeting their conditions you can get access to the Raid on regular or epic Tauti. After 200 monsters are killed in the first stage, or when preparing for the Raid, players enter the second stage. In this stage, players can get access to NPC, who handles transport on the first floor; by talking to him they can move to the third floor. After the second stage begins, the instance zone returns to the first stage once 24 hours have passed.

Tauti was sent to Gracia on Shilen's orders to rule the Seed of Hellfire. Half golem, half weapon, Tauti is shaped like a huge axe. The axe is one of the creations of Bremmnon, which makes Tauti a sworn brother of Demonic Sword Zariche (the Demonic Sword Zariche). Tauti and his minions empower themselves with mechanical devices.
Raid on regular Tauti:
- You can get access to the Raid on regular Tauti by talking to Sizrak in the northern part of Sewers, the first floor of the Seed of Hellfire. To start the Raid in a command channel of 14 to 35 people, all command channel members must have
Mark of the Resistance in their inventory, which can be obtained in the location's daily quest. - The Raid on Tauti takes place in an instance and lasts 1 hour. The Raid starts in Training Grounds, on the third floor of the Seed, where players will face the Kunda (Kunda), Tauti's armed forces, and continues in Tauti's Temple, on the fourth floor, reserved for Tauti himself.
- At the start of the Raid in Training Grounds, a cutscene plays telling of the civil war between the Kunda (Kunda) and the Zofan (Zofan). The Zofan (Zofan) have a large numerical advantage, but the Kunda (Kunda) are better armed and trained. Players must join the Zofan (Zofan) forces, and in return they will help them get access to the next stage of the Raid.
- In the temple of Training Grounds, lord Kunda () and commander Zahak () guard the door leading to Tauti's private chambers. After the commander Zahak is defeated, the command channel leader (if there is one) gets
Key of Darkness, which opens access to Tauti's Temple, the fourth floor where Tauti is. The Zofan (Zofan) troops will help you get access to the fourth floor where the Raid on Tauti takes place, but they won't go any further and will stay on the third floor. - On entering Tauti's Temple, characters arrive in an antechamber where they can prepare for the Boss Raid. If one of the team members leaves the antechamber and enters the large raid room, the door to the Boss room closes a minute later. The command channel can enter the Boss room when ready, and the Raid begins after the door to the Boss room closes.
- The Raid on regular Tauti has five phases. In the first 3 phases, Tauti uses more and more powerful skills. In the fourth phase, when Tauti's health drops to half, he summons commander Zahak to increase his own power. In the final phase of the battle, when the golem part of Tauti is defeated, only his axes remain; they are still dangerous and use strong skills. The Raid is successful if Tauti is completely defeated and the Zofan (Zofan) forces on the third floor are still alive.
Raid on epic Tauti:
- You can get access to the Raid on epic Tauti by talking to Aku in the southern part of Sewers, the first floor of the Seed of Hellfire. To start the Raid in a command channel of 21 to 35 people, all command channel members must have
Aku's Mark in their inventory, which can be obtained in the individual quest of NPC Aku. - The Raid on Tauti takes place in an instance and lasts 30 minutes. The Raid starts in Training Grounds, on the third floor of the Seed, where players will face the Kunda (Kunda), Tauti's armed forces, and continues in Tauti's Temple, on the fourth floor, reserved for Tauti himself.
- At the start of the Raid in Training Grounds, the Kunda (Kunda) stand in two lines across the whole location all the way to the temple of the Zahak (Zahak). Characters must follow the path laid out by the Kunda (Kunda) if they intend to cross the location without a fight. If characters leave the path, the battle plan falls apart, and further progress to the Boss raid is impossible until the Kunda troops are defeated.
- In the temple on the Training Grounds floor, commander Kunda, Zahak, awaits those who wish to challenge Tauti. To get access to Tauti's Temple, the fourth floor, you need to get
Key of Darkness from commander Zahak, which can be done in two ways: - The less aggressive way to get the item requires the party of characters to enter the temple grounds without fighting, and then Zahak will hand the item to the command channel leader without a fight.
- The more aggressive way to get the item requires killing Zahaka himself and the minions around him. If the aggressive option is chosen, the reward for a successful Boss Raid will be slightly better.
- The command channel leader must have the key to the fourth floor and the Boss in their inventory. To get into the Boss room, the command channel leader needs to talk to Teleport Device.
- The Raid on regular Tauti has five phases. In the first 3 phases, Tauti uses more and more powerful skills and summons subordinates, whose number keeps growing. In the fourth phase, when Tauti's health drops to half, he summons commander Zahak to increase his own power. In the final phase of the battle, when the golem part of Tauti is defeated, only his axes remain; they are still dangerous and use strong skills. The Raid is successful if Tauti is completely defeated.
Guillotine Fortress
| Recommended level | Location type |
|---|---|
| 95-97 | Party |
The location formerly known as Execution Grounds, Guillotine Fortress, has been completely changed and is now a party location for players of level 95-97. The bloody rain of Shilen, the Goddess of Destruction, that fell on the lands of Aden caused great destruction to the town of Dion and the surrounding territories. When Dion was being rebuilt, it was very reckless to dump all the waste into the lands of the Execution Grounds, already plagued by everything imaginable. The awakening dark energy spread by Shilen raised long-dead souls and bodies from their graves, and they have overrun the entire Execution Grounds. Ominous high walls keep out everyone who wants to get inside and hold back those who dwell within.
- Awakened characters can get into the Guillotine Fortress using Sayune from Town of Dion or Town of Giran. Sayune jump points are also present inside the location and lead to different parts of it.
- Monsters in the location protect themselves with visibly displayed
Chaos Shield (15170) skills that increase their physical and magic defense. This skill can be removed by lowering the monster's health to a certain level or with the skill
Armor Destruction (10258) of the Tyrr Warrior (Tyrr Warrior); removing this skill also makes monsters more vulnerable to Half-kill hits. If a Half-kill hit lands or enough damage is dealt to a weakened monster, the defensive skill is canceled and the monster is stunned. However, when its health drops to half or below and the defensive skill isn't active, the monster fights more aggressively or desperately tries to restore its defensive skill. - During party hunting in the location,
Proof of Survival may drop. This item cannot be traded and disappears after 10 minutes. Having it in a character's inventory increases the chance of the event monster Scaldisect the Furious (level 98) appearing when regular monsters are killed. The number of event monsters depends on how many of these items the characters have in their inventories. As a reward for killing it, the event monster drops adena and crafting items; it can spawn helpers and even resurrect after death. - Unique monsters spawn at night game time: Alluring Irene (level 98), Pafuron (level 98) and Krutati (level 98).
- Guillotine Fortress is home to several Raid Monsters that can be killed by a party:
- Crook the Mad (level 98): the monster spawns strictly 1 times a day, attacks in melee, summons servants to help and uses knockdown skills.
- Houpon the Warden Overseer (level 98): the monster spawns strictly 1 times a day, attacks at range, uses magic, poisons and uses movement spells.
- The guards of the western entrance to the location protect Isaad. The monsters themselves are passive but respond to provocation with aggression. The same applies to the guard monsters Gazem (level 98) near the northern entrance.
Raid Boss Guillotine of Death
In life he served as chief executioner during the Peasant Revolts, but he didn't much care whom he sentenced, guilty or innocent. In the end he was killed and buried in the Execution Grounds, but, as luck would have it, he rose from the dead and took control of the entire territory. The bloody rain and Shilen's dark power drove him mad, and now he wanders the territory aimlessly, killing everyone who crosses his path.
- The former Raid Boss of the Execution Grounds has returned transformed and stronger than before. The fight with him has 3 stages. At night Execution Grounds Watchman Guillotine appears, and when his health drops to 1, the fight moves to the second stage and the Boss transforms into Guillotine of Death, a strong human warrior with a skull for a head. In the second stage he becomes a more formidable opponent: he fights in melee with a spear, uses dark magic and summons helpers as his health goes down. After the Boss's health drops to 1, the fight moves to the third stage, and the Boss transforms into a horseman. He summons helpers and fights with a spear and dark magic.
Castle sieges: Darkness and Light
Changes to castle sieges
As Shilen's power grows, the confrontation between the forces of darkness and light, life and death, good and evil has begun to show even in social aspects of life. Now the world's 9 castles can belong to light or darkness by decision of the castle lord.
Siege time changes
- Castle sieges take place every other Sunday, but since the update all castles enter siege status at the same time at 20:00. The registration period and the start and end of sieges are announced by server messages in chat. After a castle is captured, the time of the next sieges is automatically set to Sunday at 20:00 in 2 weeks.
Castle statuses: Light, Darkness, Neutral
- After the victory, the Leader of the winning clan can choose whether the castle will be a Castle of Light or a Castle of Darkness. Each side has its own advantages and disadvantages, which stay active until the next sieges. A castle can also have "Neutral" status if it belongs to NPC.
- With the installation of the Tauti update (13 June 2012 on European servers), all castles owned by players will take on "Light" castle status.
Side bonuses
| Bonuses | Castles of Light | Castles of Darkness |
|---|---|---|
| Castle appearance | The castle shimmers with white glints and the whole thing just sparkles, basically. | The castle is shrouded in dark clouds, and a whirlpool of dark energy hangs above it. |
| NPC in towns | Proclaimer of Light () appear in towns whose castles have Light status and buff all characters not belonging to Castles of Darkness: Blessing of Light increases all experience gained by 3% for 60 minutes. The buff can be renewed on request from NPC at any time. | Captain of the Revolutionaries appear outside castles with Darkness status during sieges; by talking to them, all characters of level 40+ belonging to castles with Light status can buy special weapons to use against castles with Darkness status. When the weapon is equipped, a special skill appears that can only be used on the battlefield. |
| Special skill | Castles of light can take part in new campaigns; successfully completing them can reset the status of the Aden and Rune castles to "Neutral" if they are in "Darkness" status, which hands the castle over to NPC. | Members of clans that own a castle with Darkness status can be PKed with no penalty for the killer, which also increases the killer's PvP counter. |
| Cloak for clan members, bought from Court Magician: All stats +2. Damage received in PvP is reduced by 10%. Lets you use the castle teleport skill. All attributes +10. Available to characters of Marquis rank and higher. |
|
|
| Cloak for castle owners, bought from Castle Chamberlain: All stats +3. Damage received in PvP is reduced by 15%. Lets you use the castle teleport skill. All attributes +15. Available to characters of King rank. |
|
|
| PvP buff skill: Max CP +3000, damage dealt in PvP +10%. For characters with Marquis status or higher. | ||
| Sales tax at NPC | 0% | 30% |
| Purchase tax at NPC | Cannot be set | 10% |
- Castle cloaks have no grade but have the same restrictions as any other non-class-specific cloaks: a full Dynasty armor set or higher. Castle cloaks can be equipped only if the clan owns a castle of the corresponding side. When the castle changes sides or the clan loses control of the castle, the cloak is automatically taken off the character but stays in the inventory.
-
Cloak of Light cannot be equipped by characters in "Chaotic" status. -
Cloak of Radiant Light requires clan level 11 to buy.
Siege process
Register for the Preliminary Contest
- A clan of level 5 or higher can register for sieges as soon as siege registration is announced. After registering, the clan leader can use the Castle Siege Information interface in the Clan window. A clan's participation in sieges can be canceled only by the clan leader and must be canceled before the end of the Registration Period, which ends 24 hours before the Sieges begin.
Siege process
- A character registered for the attack or defense of a castle doesn't lose experience on death during the siege. When Castle Sieges begin, the area inside and outside the castle becomes a combat zone.
- Castle Sieges last 2 hours.
- After Castle Sieges begin and after a clan has declared the capture of the castle, all characters in the castle grounds, except the castle defenders, are teleported to the headquarters set up by their leader, or to the nearest town.
- If a clan leader successfully finishes casting the 3-minute skill on the castle artifact (or the last of the artifacts, if there are several), that clan leader becomes the castle owner, but another clan leader can recast the castle seal to become the owner. However, if the skills
Hydro Screw or
Hydro Screw are used, the castle owner cannot change for 5 minutes, even if the skill
Blessing of Protection is successfully cast. - 2 hours after it begins, the siege ends, and whoever owns the castle at that point is the winner and remains the castle owner until the next sieges.
Choosing the castle's side
- From clan level 5, the clan leader can learn the skills
Hydro Screw and
Hydro Screw. After the clan captures a castle, the leader can use one of the skills to give the castle "Light" or "Darkness" status. The castle's status can be changed once more: after the siege ends, you can talk to the Chamberlain of the opposite side, who stays in the castle grounds for an hour after the sieges. The clan leader can change the castle's status only 1 time, after which the NPC of the opposite side disappear on their own after an hour, or right after the side is changed.
Rune and Aden castles
The status of the Aden and Rune castles can be forcibly changed through a special Campaign:
- If Rune or Aden castle belongs to the "Light" or "Neutral" side, the Campaigns to change the castles' side are unavailable, so the castles can safely stay in "Light" status for two weeks until the next sieges.
- If Rune or Aden castle belongs to the "Dark" side, the Campaigns to change the castles' side become available, and any clan can compete to win them. Characters above level 40 who don't own a castle with "Darkness" status can take part in the Campaign. A clan registered for the Campaign must attack the corresponding Castle of Darkness, while the clan owning the castle must defend it. If the defending side loses, the Castle of Darkness automatically becomes a Neutral Castle, and the owning clans lose it.
- The Campaign to reset Aden castle to the "Neutral" side becomes available at 18:00 on the Sunday after the last sieges. The Campaign to reset Rune castle to the "Neutral" side becomes available at 19:00 the same day (an hour after the Aden Campaign).
- Sayune jump points have been added to Aden and Rune castles.
Tax system changes
The tax territories of Gludio and Dion castles have been changed:
- Talking Island Village now belongs to the Gludio territory.
- Floran Village now belongs to the Dion territory.
- The sales tax of Alco () in Ancient City Arcan has changed from 20% to 30%.
- Aden and Rune castles become more influential:
- Clans owning the castles Gludio (Gludio), Dion (Dion), Giran (Giran), Oren (Oren) and Innadril (Innadril) can collect tax income only if the castle Aden (Aden) has taken the "Darkness" side.
- Clans owning the castles Goddard (Goddard) and Schuttgart (Schuttgart) can collect tax income only if the castle Rune (Rune) has taken the "Darkness" side.
- Tax income is placed in the castle chest at midnight (server time) every Monday, provided that the clan owning Rune or Aden castle successfully defended the castles during the Campaigns (as with all NPC merchants, the Mammons' price lists change depending on the town they are in, and the tax rate depends on the castle's side).
Ceremony of Chaos
General information and NPC
The Ceremony of Chaos is a new type of PVP battle for players who are in clans. These battles are meant to help clans learn to work together and also let players hone their combat skills. The Ceremony rewards are meant both for the clan and for the character.
History
Gran Kain, father of everything in this world, watched the progress of his daughter Shilen's evil plans. Though he felt resistance was futile, he saw that Humans, Elves, Dark Elves, Orcs, Dwarves and Kamael kept on fighting. The struggle was slow, but the races' fighting spirit drove them forward to victory.
Gran Kain was impressed by this and decided to help them, though he rarely involved himself in the struggle between Light and Darkness. Gran Kain called his servants, the fallen angels, and summoned the heroes of the races. He challenged their abilities, offering to share his own power with the winners and their clans.
Rumors spread among the races that a representative of the Gods — Paagrio, or perhaps Shyeed — was helping them fight against Shilen. Some also suspected Gran Kain himself, but strongly doubted it because of the God's nature.
The orders came from the palace, but their master could never be found. The orders were voiced by the Mysterious Butlers Lumiere (Lumiere) and Ains (Ains), who also organize the Festival itself. At first glance Lumiere may seem human, but it's only a mask meant to hide his angelic grace.
Lumiere has the ability to create spaces in other dimensions, and on Gran Kain's orders he created four arenas for the battles of the Ceremony of Chaos. The arenas exist in a dimension located between the material world and the world of Chaos, which Kain himself rules. It follows that Gran Kain can watch the fights in person. To protect the identity of the fights' organizer, the arenas were made in the style of familiar places in the material world.

Schedule
The Ceremony of Chaos runs on a monthly cycle, like the Olympiad. The Ceremony starts at 0:00 server time on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of the month. Matches are held every 20 minutes from 19:00 to 0:00 server time. With this schedule, each character can fight up to 15 matches a day.
A 20-minute match goes as follows:
- Minute 0, match starts: every participant receives an invitation, which can be seen in the interface and the chat window.
- Minutes 0 to 5, registration period: participants have 5 minutes to sign up. During this time registration can be canceled without penalty.
- Minutes 5-10, waiting period: when the registration period ends, registered participants get a notice that they will be moved to the arena in 5 minutes.
- Minutes 10-11, entry and preparation: participants are moved to a random Ceremony of Chaos arena. They get 60 seconds to prepare for the battle, during which opponents can't see you.
- Minutes 11-17, battle: the battle lasts 6 minutes.
- 17 min. 30 sec., exit: participants are moved back 30 seconds after the battle ends.
Registration and requirements
To take part in the Ceremony of Chaos, a character must meet the following requirements:
- Be in a clan of level 3 or higher.
- Be level 76+ and have the third profession.
- Characters with a dual class or subclass can take part if they meet the first two conditions.
All characters who meet the requirements will see an invitation in the chat window at the start of a match, as well as a blinking button on the map (similar to the campaign button). If a character doesn't meet the requirements when the match starts but meets them within the first 40 minutes, they will get an invitation during that time.
To take part, the character needs to click the invitation message and choose Challenge (Challenge) in the window that opens. Then the registration menu appears, where you can either sign up for the battle or decline. The registration period lasts 5 minutes. If you registered but logged out, the registration is reset.
2 minutes after the registration period ends, all registered characters are moved to the arena.
Penalty for canceling registration
Penalties for canceling registration exist to prevent misuse of the Ceremony of Chaos queue system. A penalty is applied in the following cases:
- The character cancels registration 7 minutes after the registration period starts.
- The character logs out during registration, which cancels their status and removes them from the queue.
- The character will not be moved to the arena after the match starts if:
- They are dead.
- They are in a temporary zone (an instance).
- The character's inventory is overloaded (more than 80% weight).
- The character has left the clan.
- The class changes to one that doesn't meet the registration requirements.
- The character is in Chaotic status.
- The character holds a Demonic Sword.
- The character presses the Quit button before the match ends or ends the match early in other ways.
With more than 30 penalty points, the character can't take part in the Ceremony of Chaos. The penalty counter resets every cycle.

There are two types of battles: PVP against other characters and PVE against five monsters. A battle can have any number of characters from 1 to 18. The match type and the number of players are random.
On arriving at the battle arena, a character has 60 seconds to prepare. During this time you can read the tips about the Ceremony that appear. After 60 seconds all characters become visible and the battle begins!
On entering the arena, buffs and transformations (all except Gracia's flying transformations) remain. Summoned servitors and cubics remain, while pets are recalled. HP, MP and CP are fully restored. The reuse of all skills with a cooldown of no more than 15 minutes is reset. If the character is in a party, they automatically leave it when teleported to the Arena.
During the arena match, Tincture Boxes may appear at various times. Attacking a box drops a HP Tincture, and there is a small chance to get a Tincture of Strength.
-
HP Recovery Herb - Restores 5000 HP. If less than 5000 HP has been lost, CP. is restored -
Power Herb - For 30 sec. P. Atk. + 100%, M. Atk. +400% - Herb Chest appears in different places on the stadium at the following times:

- 2 min. after the game starts - 3 pcs. (they exist for 4 min.)
- 4 min. after the game starts - 1 pcs. (it exists for 2 min.)
The following rules apply in the Ceremony of Chaos arena:
- Character names are hidden and replaced with neutral Player1, Player2, etc.
- Characters get flagged when attacking.
- Name color turns white.
- Information about clan or alliance membership and about clan wars is hidden. All clan ranks are replaced with the rank Vagabond.
- Characters in the same clan can't use clan-targeted skills on each other (such as Summon Tree of Life (Tree of Life) or the Iss Enchanter's Poems).
- Chats, private stores, private workshops, friend invitations and similar social activity are unavailable.
- Character summon or teleport skills are unavailable.
- Scrolls and elixirs can be used.
- No XP is lost on death.
- A character can get the following 2 items either by killing monsters or by buying them from Mysterious Butler, and use them during the battle in Ceremony of Chaos:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| A consumable for use in Ceremony of Chaos matches. When used, lowers HP, CP and MP to 1, but gives a 30% chance to deal lethal damage to the chosen opponent. Reuse time 6 min. Cannot be traded, dropped or sold. Can be stored in a private warehouse. | |

Determining winners and losers
If in a PVP battle you are the last one left in the arena, you have won. In the PVE arena you win by killing five NPC monsters. If the monsters kill you or you don't attack before the match ends, it counts as a loss.
If two or more players enter the arena (no matter in which battle), the winner is the last one standing or whoever gets the most kills in six minutes. If you are killed by a NPC or another player, you lose the match. If two or more players survive but none of them is a clear winner, a draw is declared.
If you are killed, you can't be resurrected: you can watch the rest of the match as a spectator, and then you are teleported to town.
Rewards

All winners and characters whose matches ended in a draw get powerful buffs:

- Guaranteed reward: 2 - 4
Mysterious Mark - Additional random reward:
Best Warrior
The character who collects the most
Mysterious Mark during the monthly cycle gets the title True Hero (Best Warrior). The Best Warrior is announced to the whole world in chat. Spending
Mysterious Mark before the end of the month doesn't affect the final count. There can be only one Best Warrior on a server. If several players collect the same amount of
Mysterious Mark, there is no winner in that cycle. The amount of
Mysterious Mark earned can be checked with the /ceremonyofchaos command. The Best Warrior can get special rewards for the victory from the Mysterious Butler:

Items
Improving Amaranthine Weapon
Helios weapons (R99 grade) can be given special properties at the Blacksmith of Mammon: PVP (weapon name Dark ... Helios) and PVE (weapon name Bloody ... Helios).
- PVP weapon bonuses: increased physical and magic damage in PVP, increased skill damage in PVP, and a chance not to increase the PK counter when killing a character.
- PVE weapon bonuses: increased physical and magic damage in PVE, increased skill damage in PVE, and buffs remain on death from monsters.
The items
Energy of Destruction,
Giant's Energy,
Dark Amaranthine Enhancement Stone and
Bloody Amaranthine Enhancement Stone let you put the PVP or PVE option into a Helios weapon.
-
Energy of Destruction can be obtained while hunting or from quests. -
Giant's Energy can be bought in the shop or obtained as a reward for Olympiad quests. -
Dark Amaranthine Enhancement Stone can be obtained from the Siege Campaign. -
Bloody Amaranthine Enhancement Stone can be obtained by defeating the boss Tauti.
To enhance a Helios weapon you will need:
- A regular or Blessed Helios weapon (when adding a bonus to a regular weapon there is a chance of failure, in which case the weapon gets no bonus. Blessed items have a 100% chance).
360 Energy of Destruction
180 Giant's Energy
3198 Gemstone (R-grade)
38378 Crystal (R-grade)
- Dark or Bloody Helios Enhancement Stone
Seed Talismans
Seed Talismans have no expiration date; they are permanent. Anyone can buy them. There are six different kinds of talismans. The best ones are the rarest. Seed talismans can be bought from The Seed Talisman Manager () for
Giant's Energy and
Energy of Destruction. The Seed Talisman Manager () is in the towns of Aden and Rune and on Keucereus Alliance Base. You can "upgrade" a talisman at the same NPC by bringing the talisman itself and special items. The first five talismans cannot be traded/sold/dropped, but the sixth (the last and best) can be traded if it was obtained by upgrading.
Effects of several talismans don't stack: if you wear a seed talisman and a high-grade seed talisman at the same time, only the high-grade talisman will give its effects.
When "leveling up" a talisman, it may drop one level or even be destroyed completely.

Attribute system changes
Damage received is reduced when the defense attribute value is higher than the attack attribute value. To reduce damage received, you can raise the defense attribute value.
When using skills not tied to an attribute, different bonuses apply depending on the attribute:
- When using skills not tied to an attribute, the attack attribute bonus applies (shown in the character's stats).
- When using skills tied to a certain attribute, the same attribute as before is preferably applied.
- If the skill attribute and the item attribute match, the combined attribute value is used.
- The attribute defense level of level 95 monsters has been lowered.
Enhancement is now possible for life stones of level R and higher. Using this option requires B.-grade gems
The following high-level item skills can now be obtained through augmentation:
- Item Skill: Charm
- Item Skill: Peace
- Item Skill: Guidance
- Item Skill: Agility

Treasure Chests
The treasure chests that used to be found in hunting grounds have been replaced by Dimensional Treasure Chests (Dimensional Treasure Chests). The new chests give better rewards than the old ones, and the rewards from the new chests depend on the level of the hunting zone they are in. The new chests don't just "open and spill out the reward": instead, they take you to another dimension, where you can take part in a small event and get a reward!
If you find a chest, talk to it. After the dialog, a Dimensional Gate is summoned. Note that you can only enter Gates that match your level and the level of the location where they appeared.
Inside the location are NPC Verdof () (Bergamo), many exploding barrels and moving chests. Destroying barrels and chests restores a lot of health and gives many buffs. To start the mini-event you need to talk to Verdof. You must accept his challenge, otherwise the character will be expelled from the dimension to the normal world (if the Dimensional Gate is still open, you can go back). After you accept the challenge, Verdof summons 3 chests; you need to choose one of them and destroy it to get the reward.
The temporary zone exists for 3 minutes after you enter it. When time runs out, the Dimensional Gate closes and the character returns to the location, to the spot where they entered the gate. After the mini-event in this dungeon is finished, you can't start a new mini-event until the dungeon's time runs out and until you find another chest that can be "activated", provided the character fits its level range.

Clan system
With Territory Wars removed from the game, the territory ownership requirements for reaching clan level 11 have changed. With the update, to reach clan level 11, in addition to all the other requirements the clan must have
Cloak of Light.
Clan skills
When a clan owns a fortress, the leader of that clan can learn passive skills from Support Unit Captain. The skills can be learned separately for each clan squad.

|---|---|---|
| Increases P. Atk. of squad members by 17.3. | ||

Clan crest
The clan icon is now called the "Clan Crest". The crest format has also changed: from 64x64 256-color BMP to a 256x256 24-bit or 32-bit TGA file. The clan crest can be changed no more than once every 15 minutes.
All clan emblems must be "re-uploaded" with the required parameters and formats. All previous clan emblems in the old format will be deleted with the installation of the Goddess of Destruction: Tauti update on 13 June 2012 (euro-off).
Clan Flag (skill)
A new skill has been added:
Weakened Chaos Shield. Learning it requires
Spellbook: Clan Flag, which costs
1000 Clan Point. Any clan member of Marquis status or higher can use the skill. Using it costs 100 clan points. The Flag is summoned for 30 minutes; the reuse time of
Weakened Chaos Shield is also 30 minutes. The buff from the summoned Flag is applied only during the first 10 minutes after it is summoned.
The Clan Flag gives a buff that reduces incoming damage and increases outgoing damage to all clan members within its range. All enemy characters who enter the Clan Flag's area are marked with a special icon, which shows the skill's area and gives some tactical advantages. If several Clan Flags are summoned, only one of them takes effect.
The skill can't be used in the Olympiad, the Ceremony of Chaos or on an airship.
Clan pets
Clan pets were added to the game as a new way for clans to earn Clan Reputation after the Territory War system was removed.
A pet can be bought from the Mysterious Butler for
8 Mysterious Mark, which can be earned in the Ceremony of Chaos. There are two types of animals: combat and tame.
Tame type
In total, 3 kinds of tame clan pets have been added: Raccoon, White Cat and Desert Fox. Despite their different names and looks, they all have the same functions.
Clan pets work like regular servitors: they have an inventory, can be given a name, can attack and perform all the functions of regular pets.
A pet is summoned by double-clicking its summoning item. After 72 hours in the summoned state, the pet is automatically recalled, the clan receives
100 Clan Point, and there is a chance to get an extra reward:
Mysterious Pouch.
Clan pets are available to clans of level 5 and higher. If, with the pet summoned, the character leaves the clan or is in a clan of level four or lower, no reward is given.
Combat type
Scroll: Summon Bratty Angma can be bought by any clan member from the Mysterious Butler for
12 Mysterious Mark or for
12 Castle Siege Soldier Badge.
The scroll summons a pet that must be killed within 30 seconds of appearing. If you manage it, the owner gets
1000 Fame and
30 Clan Point, and there is also a chance to get Elemental Ore Fragments.
There are 4 kinds of summoning scrolls for different character levels: 75-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99
