How Soulshots work / Spirit
Soulshots / Spiritshots increase the damage dealt to the enemy. Shot consumption depends on the weapon. To use shots automatically, drag them to the hotkey bar and activate them with a right-click; right-clicking again turns automatic use off.
- Shot types. Shots are divided into Soulshots and Spiritshots, and into shots for you and for your pet / servitor. Physical skills and attacks need Soulshots, magic skills need Spiritshots or Blessed Spiritshots. Likewise, a pet's / servitor's physical skills and attacks need Beast Soulshots, and its magic skills need Beast Spiritshots or Blessed Beast Spiritshots. Shots are divided by grade, and you must use shots of the matching grade with your weapon.
- How shots work.
| Shot type | Shot grade | Bonus from use | Attack Enhance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Soulshots | No Grade - Grade S | Increase the skill success rate by 100% | Increase damage 2 times. |
| Spiritshots | No Grade - Grade S |
Increase the skill land chance by 100% | Increase damage 1.4 times. |
| Blessed Spiritshots | No Grade - Grade S |
Increase the skill land chance by 100% | Increase damage 2 times. |
| Beast Soulshots | have no grade | Increase the skill success rate by 100% | Increase damage 2 times. |
| Beast Spiritshots | have no grade |
Increase the skill land chance by 100% | Increase damage 1.4 times. |
| Blessed Spiritshots Beast | have no grade |
Increase the skill land chance by 100% | Increase damage 2 times. |
- How to use shots. Shots must be used before a hit or a skill. You can do this manually by double-clicking the shots in your inventory or from the hotkey bar. You can turn on automatic use by dragging them to the hotkey bar and activating them with a right-click; the shots icon will darken. Turn automatic use off by right-clicking again.
- Where to get shots. No-grade shots and D and C grade shots can be bought in the shops of any town. D, C, B, A and S grade shots can be crafted yourself (if you are a Dwarf), bought from other players or made in private workshops. Beast shots can be bought from Pet Managers.
- Shot consumption. Shot consumption depends on the type and grade of the weapon. The higher the grade, the fewer shots the weapon consumes; weapons that deal high damage, for example bows and Crossbows, consume more shots. How many Beast shots pets and servitors consume depends on their level and type; you can see how many shots a pet uses in the pet / servitor information window.
See also: - Boxes. To make long hunting sessions easier and to avoid carrying a large number of shots, Shot Boxes were added to the game; they weigh much less than single shots. Packs and Boxes are crafted by Dwarfs. A box can be opened with a double click, and the character gets the shots. A Box contains 300 shots, a Super Compact Box 1000. Beast Shot boxes can be bought from Pet Managers; they also open with a double click and contain 500 shots.
- Visual effects of using Soulshots / Spiritshots. Every time you use Soulshots / Spiritshots you see a beautiful animation, with a charge of the corresponding color rolling along the weapon. And when you hit (with magic or physically), the enemy is surrounded by a glow of the corresponding color.
