Event for the second anniversary of Lineage 2
It's time to stop this madness! For 5 months now the Snow Queen has been imposing her rule across Lineage 2. Her time is coming to an end, and her hatred for the people of Aden is slowly fading. Only you can help melt the ice in Freya's heart for good and free Melissa from captivity inside the Snow Queen's cold soul! To do this, you need to give Freya gifts that will awaken old memories and remind her that happiness and love exist. Your efforts won't be in vain: you can get a gift in return.
The event, timed to the game's second anniversary in Russia, runs from December 14 to 28. Gifts for the Snow Queen can be obtained by hunting monsters from the 14th to the 26th. During the maintenance on December 28, all event items and NPC will disappear from the game (use the items before the 28th). Event items:
- Vitality Maintaining Potion: find Freya in any town and pay her just 1 adena, and you'll get the coveted jar. The effect lasts 30 minutes. The item can't be traded, dropped or destroyed. You can get only 1 potion per account, no more than 1 time every 20 hours.
Gifts for Freya: can be obtained from December 14 to 26 while hunting monsters. If you try to give the gift to another character, those around will see a funny animation; if you give it to the Snow Queen, there's a chance to get one of the special items (see below).
- White Day Candy: also obtained while hunting, but unlike the Gifts for Freya, it can only be sent to other characters to trigger a colorful animation.
Items you can get from Freya in return for the gifts:
