Rare items
When crafting items of grade B and above, there's a small chance of creating a rare item. The created items can't be equipped right away; they require special processing.
Since the Gracia Final expansion was installed, rare armor counts as part of armor sets, except a rare top or full-body armor.
How do you get a rare item?
When crafting items of grade B and above, there's a small chance of creating a rare item. "Chaotic" is added to the item's name. The created items can't be equipped right away; they require special processing.
How do you remove the seal?
A rare item can't be equipped or crystallized. To remove the seal of chaos from the item, you'll need Mammon's Varnish Enhancer. The Blacksmith of Mammon can remove the seal.

Unsealing order:
- Buy Mammon's Varnish Enhancer from the Merchant of Mammon.
- Remove the seal of chaos from the item at the Blacksmith of Mammon.
- Remove the regular seal from the item (for armor and accessories) at the Blacksmith of Mammon or Maestro Ishuma.
