Talk to Gallint in Talking Island Village. He's been working way too hard lately, and on top of that a huge pile of books fell on him, and he wanted to pass something on to Pantheon, but his back is really aching, and his bones aren't what they used to be, his muscles are flabby, his eyes aren't as sharp as in his youth, the women... In short, just say you can deliver this message to Panteon yourself! Forget these pensioners. :/
Go to the southern part of town, to Museum, and talk to Pantheon there.
Pantheon will grumble a little about "the poor old fool working himself to the bone", but as soon as you tell him that some suspicious people interested in the history of the ancient giants visited Gallint, he'll tell you they were at the museum too and were most likely looking for The War of Gods and Giants, an ancient book found in the ruins of Ye Sagira.
