Skill Bonus Multiper

Buffs Type 1 - buffs or passive skills that give % bonuses.

Jewelry descriptions show it in %, but remember that it's added on top, i.e. +4% means 104% when multiplying.
Example: +10% P. Atk in Chant of Victory is counted by the game as the number 1.10 in formulas.
If you have more than one buff giving the same effect, they must first be added up before being used in the formula.
Example: you have Greater Might, which gives +10% P.Atk, and Seal of Despair, which gives -10% P.Atk - so the formula will use the number 1.00.
