Description
The Ice Queen's Castle is located southeast of Schuttgart Castle. The castle can only be reached by going through the Frozen Labyrinth. To get inside the castle, you need at least 2 people in the party, and each party member must have 10 Silver Hemocyte in their inventory. You can get them by doing a quest in the Frozen Labyrinth.
The quest "The Other Side of Truth" starts in the Frozen Labyrinth with the quest NPC Rafforty. Required level: 53
Once you complete the quest, Rafforty will tell you that you can now reach the Ice Queen, but only after obtaining 10 Silver Hemocyte.
These items come from the quest "An Ice Merchant's Dream", which you can take from him as well.
Like all castles, this one has to be stormed. Any party can try its luck and defeat the Ice Queen. Only one party can enter the castle. But there are a number of conditions. The party gets 35 minutes in total, and if the Queen is still alive when the time runs out, the party is teleported outside the castle walls. While inside the castle, party members cannot restart the game, and the castle "siege" time keeps counting even when the server "goes down" or is under maintenance. In any of the cases described above, players will have to do the special quest again to get inside the castle.
If you go with a melee party, kill the first group of mobs (then the queen's retinue will be silenced), then go left along the wall past the gargoyles (killing them lowers the Ice Queen's magic defense), kill the wolf and the bears there (kill the wolf last, as he goes into Ultimate Defense), then comes the Gargoyle mini Raid Boss; rest up and kill the Ice Queen. The hardest parts are time and mana. WC+EE is best in the party.
A party needs 90 Silver Hemocyte; they go into the main inventory, so one person can farm them for the whole party.
