Our former slaves, the Imps, managed to escape while we were distracted by the war. It's time we teach those ungrateful wretches that no one escapes the Dark Elves!
Imps were created to serve the Dark Elves, but recently the binding spell on them wore off, and all the imps fled into the forest. The Dark Elf Hierarchs have prepared a new binding spell, but to activate it they need Imp Shackles. They must be given to Guard Kristin.
