The Elves have never forgiven the ratmen for introducing plague into their sacred Elven Forest. Not to mention their unholy alliance with the Dark Elves that resulted in the deaths of thousands of Elves! Master Ellenia is recruiting volunteers to destroy

    • Target: Elven Fortress
    • The Ratmen, whom the Elves call plague carriers, were to blame for the epidemic that struck the Elven Forest and fought on the side of the Dark Elves. The Elves' hatred for these creatures is understandable. Master Ellenia asks you to kill the Ratmen nesting in the Elven Underground Fortress. In particular, you must destroy their leader, Varool Foulclaw, and bring her his fang as proof.

Quest walkthrough

  1. Talk to Master Ellenia in the temple in Elven Village .
  2. Kill Sukar Wererat (lv. 83, 86) and Sukar Wererat Leader (lv. 86, 83), getting Etc scroll gray i00 0 Wererat's Fang, and their leader Varool Foulclaw (lv. 81, 80), getting Etc scroll gray i00 0 Varool Foulclaw's Fang. As soon as you get Varool Foulclaw's Fang, take it to Master Ellenia, because you can't get any more items until you hand it over.
  3. Return to Master Ellenia. The reward for Wererat's Fang is Etc adena i00 0 90 Adena, for Varool Foulclaw's Fang — Etc adena i00 0 10000 Adena.
