Quest walkthrough

  1. Find Dwarven Village Blacksmith Brunon in the forge and talk to him. After holding forth for a while, he'll ask what (123 + 45,6)78,9 equals. Honestly answer "I don't know". Then he'll ask you to bring him the latest calculator model.
  2. Go to Elder Council. Talk to Golden Wheel's Spiron . He'll ask which dwarven guild is the best. The answer is obvious — Golden Wheel.
  3. Talk to Silver Scale's Balanki . You'll have to give him Etc adena i00 0100 Adena for information. However, all you'll learn is that the new calculator model is with a dwarf woman.
  4. So what do we have? The calculator is with a woman, and she's in his house. Go back to the forge and find Blacksmith Silvera there. She has the calculator, but she won't give it away just like that. In exchange she asks you to bring Etc piece of paper gray i00 010 Gemstone Beast's Crystal from Gemstone Beast (lv. 14).
  5. Head east of the village to Abandoned Coal Mines . Hunt Gemstone Beast. There are only 2 of them in the first room, but many more deeper inside. After killing about 30, you'll get the 10 crystals you need; then go back.
  6. Go to the forge and talk to Silvera. She's very glad she can finally swap this useless item for something pretty, so she'll hand over the calculator without hesitation.
  7. Talk to Brunon. At first he'll be happy about the new calculator, but after studying it more closely he'll realize it can only do simple operations. Brunon has no use for such a calculator, but for your trouble he can give it to you or pay you Etc adena i00 0 1000 Adena.
