War Mage Artius of the Keucereus Alliance Base explains that the cause of the soldiers' weakened morale is a monster called Banshee Queen Enira. Let's hunt the monsters and prove that it is not something that soldiers should be scared of. Let's bring the Banshee Queen's Eye and Deadman's remains as an evidence of a successful hunting.
Monsters to be hunted - Banshee Queen Enira, Floating Skull, and Floating Zombie
Artius is responsible for the security of the base perimeter, which he maintains with fire magic. Since he has to keep up the great fire, he has no time to get rid of the Undead that have recently flooded the lands around the base. You can help him by destroying the Undead that have filled the air over Seed of Infinity. In addition, Artius will be very grateful if you can kill Banshee Queen Enira (lv. 70, 82), the leader of the Undead.
After you've taken the quest from Artius, fly east of Seed of Infinity (the spot will be marked on the map), to longitude 12 and latitude 38.7. When you reach the right place, you'll see lots of Floating Zombie (lv. 1, 81) and Floating Skull (lv. 1, 81), plus various Starstones floating in the air. Kill the monsters and collect Deadman's Remains.
The boss-like monster Banshee Queen Enira appears at random. But even if curiosity is eating you up, don't even try to attack her alone — run for your life!
