Quest walkthrough

1. In Heine , talk to Trader Espen in the weapon shop.
2. He'll ask to see the treasure map you've obtained. Agree: "Show him the pirate`s treasure map".
3. Then he'll offer to buy the treasure map from you. If you agree, you'll get 1,000, and the quest ends there. Otherwise, continue through the dialog: he'll tell you a fascinating story and reveal the treasure's location, which you'll see on your World Map. Note: Before setting off for the treasure, make sure you have Thief Key with you. You'll need it to open the chest.
4. Go to the area marked by the pin on your map, then dive into the water and swim to the bottom, to the coral reef. Here you'll see three aggressive Great Shark sharks right above the chest.
5. Open the chest; inside you'll find a random set of things — usually adena and 1-2 items.
