Quest walkthrough
Talk to Matras in Inner Oasis (Hellbound). He asks you to bring him the Steel Citadel Blueprints. You will receive 6 different attribute stones (Rough Ore of Fire/Water/Earth/Wind/Darkness/Divinity), which cannot be traded.
Return to Matras and hand over the blueprints you got.
Talk to him once more, receive the reward and access straight to the second tower.
Reward
The attribute stones you get as a reward are identical to ordinary attribute stones, but they can only be inserted if the item already has the same attribute, starting from the third level. If the item's attribute level is lower, the stone simply disappears.
