Shield rate
Shield rate (Shield Block rate, Shield block chance; RU official: <not translated>) — the chance that your character will block a physical attack or skill with a shield.
The chance to block a bow shot is 3 times higher.
On a successful block, your P.Def gets the shield's P.Def added, plus the bonus from the Elven Elder or Overlord buff.
Attack speed is calculated by the formula: Atk. Spd = (0.2 * DEX Modifier * Armor Set Bonus * Skill Bonus Multiper
