How to register an account on the official server? (Lineage2.com)

To start playing you need CD-KEY and a time card for 15, 30 or 60 days (you can also buy a starter pack right away, which already includes CD-KEY and a 15-day time card). The 30 days of play on CD-KEY will not appear until you activate any time card. If you buy only CD-KEY you won't be able to start playing; you also need a time card.

For trial account users!

You cannot extend a trial with a time card, just as you cannot start playing with CD-KEY. alone

To register a full account you need exactly the same things as for the initial registration, i.e. CD-KEY and a 15, 30 or 60-day time card (or a STARTER PACK that includes CD-KEY (30 days) and a 15-day time card, 45 days of play in total).

Turning a trial into a paid account is quite easy: UPGRADE ACCOUNT > enter CD-KEY, then the time card.

PlayNC account registration

  1. Go to the website plaync.com, section account > create account. Direct link.
  2. On the first page, enter the following:
    • PlayNC Account (account name) - must be 5 to 12 characters long and start with a letter
    • PlayNC Password (account password) - must be 8 to 13 characters long, start with a letter and contain at least one digit
    • Confirm Password - the same password again for confirmation
    • Next, answers to 2 security questions that you choose yourself. Each answer is no more than 32 characters.
    • Date of birth. Enter it. Click NEXT>
  3. On the second page, enter the following:
    • First Name - Your first name in Latin letters
    • Last Name - Your last name in Latin letters
    • Address Line 1 - Your address
    • Address Line 2 - Can be left empty
    • City - Your city in Latin letters
    • State/Province - Leave empty
    • Country - Choose Russia
    • Zip/Postal Code - If you remember your postal code, enter it. If not, just any 6 digits. For example, 547821.
    • Phone Number - Your phone number.
    • Email adress - Be SURE to give a real, working email address. The registration confirmation will be sent to it.
  4. On the third page you will be asked for the code that was sent to your email. It usually doesn't arrive right away, and sometimes it doesn't arrive at all. If it hasn't come, there is a RESEND CODE button that sends it again. In your mailbox the email subject is "PlayNC Address Verification" and it contains a code that looks something like this: 1a181502. Enter it in the field. Click NEXT.
  5. On the fourth page there is a bot check. Enter the characters from the picture and there you go: the plaync account is registered. Now you just need to add the game to it.
  6. After the account is registered, a congratulations page appears. It has a "ADD GAMES TO YOUR PlayNC ACCOUNT now!" link; click it.
  7. After clicking, a code entry menu appears. "A Standard PlayNC Code (20 digits)" is selected by default, and that's the one we need. Paste the CD-KEY. you bought here
    Attention! If your account is stolen, the easiest way to recover it is to have the CD-KEY. at hand. Keep it in a safe place.
  8. Then you are offered a choice: make the game account name and password different from the plaync account or not. Choose the option that suits you and click CREATE GAME ACCOUNT. This time the GAME account registration is Lineage 2. Now you just need to add a card to it.
  9. On the next page you will be asked to choose how to pay for game time; choose GAME CARD / TIME CARD. Paste the code from any time card.
  10. All that's left is to download the Lineage 2 client and play.
