Quest walkthrough
- Talk to Jonas
in Town of Dion 
. Your task is to collect ingredients for him. - Talk to Trader Sonia . She'll tell you to collect Mandragora Sap by killing Mandragora. The mandragoras live east of Town of Dion at the edge of Execution Grounds . You must collect
40 Red Mandragora Root to make Red Mandragora Sap; however, if you collect 40 White Mandragora Root, she'll make a better juice — White Mandragora Sap. - Talk to Guard Jacob ; he'll send you to hunt Bloody Bee (lv. 11) near Floran Village or Stinger Wasp (lv. 1, 81) near Cruma Tower to collect Nectar. You must collect 20 Nectar to make Honey; however, if you collect 10 Royal Jelly, he'll make you a better honey — Golden Honey.
- Talk to Grocer Pano in Floran Village ; he'll tell you to hunt Hobgoblin () and collect their talismans. You need to collect
30 Hobgoblin Amulet, and he'll give you Dionian Potato. - Talk to Priestess Glyvka ; she'll tell you to hunt Gray Ant (lv. 26) or Giant Crimson Ant (lv. 26) near Cruma Tower and collect 20 Green Marsh Moss. Both kinds of ants are north of Dion, beyond the mountains. You must get 20 sprigs of parsley for her so that she'll give you Green Moss Bundle; however, if you manage to get withered parsley sprigs Brown Marsh Moss, she'll make you a better Brown Moss Bundle.
- Talk to Magister Rollant ; he'll tell you to kill Monster Eye Searcher (lv. 26) and Monster Eye Gazer (lv. 26) (along the northern road from Dion to Giran, before the turn to Execution Grounds) to collect their carcasses. You must collect 30 Body of Monster Eye, and he'll give you Meat of Monster Eye for them. These monsters are southwest of Dion and around Cruma.
- Having collected all 5 components, go to Jonas to make the steak.
- Give the steak to Magister Mirien , who will rate what you've assembled from your collection.
- Return with the rating of the dish to Chef Jonas for the reward. The reward depends on the rating given by Magister Mirien .
The recipe will come in handy in the quest Magnificent Feast.
