  1. Meet with the Servitor
    • Target: Keats Servitor
    • Summoner Keats disappeared while trying to become an Arcana Lord. Sparky the Cat, Keats' servitor, is supposedly in the Town of Goddard. Meet him and ask him where Keats is.
  2. Meet with Keats
    • Target: Summoner Keats
    • Summoner Keats was cursed and turned into a frog. Searching for a way to be released from the curse, he left for the Hot Springs area. Go there, meet him and help free him from the curse.
  3. Gathering Ice Crystals

Quest walkthrough

  1. The quest starts in Ivory Tower with High Summoner Kinsley . She'll tell you about Summoner Keats , who went missing while trying to become Arcana Lord. Kinsley will hand you Etc scroll white i00 0 Research Report — the report the vanished summoner was once working on.
  2. Teleport to Town of Goddard and find Sparky the Cat in the magic guild. From the cat we learn that the summoner Keats has been turned into a toad! The curse was cast by none other than his beloved, Miss Belinda , who couldn't accept his love. Your task is to help Keats regain his human form.
  3. Looking for ways to lift the curse, Summoner Keats ended up in Hot Springs (near the tents next to Jeremy). Go there, find him and help him lift the curse. He'll tell you that to lift the curse he needs Etc crystal blue i00 0 Ice Crystal, which you should have received in the quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1. If you don't have it, redo that quest and continue from here. If you do have Ice Crystal (Cryolite), just talk to Summoner Keats again. Your crystal won't be able to lift the curse, but Summoner Keats will give you a note Etc paper black i00 0 Summoner Keats' Letter to take to Sparky the Cat.
  4. Go to Town of Goddard and give the note to Sparky the Cat (Goddard, magic guild). He'll give you Etc scroll white i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 1 and tell you how to find the first Tablet of Vision. You'll have to visit six stone tablets (Tablet of Vision) and read the secret signs of the ancients' wisdom on them. For these signs to appear on a tablet, you must attune to it: your soul must resonate with the tablet's soul. The resonance amulets you obtain will help you.
  5. Look for the first Tablet of Vision (Plains of Glory) . It is south of Tower of Insolence, where a small river ends. Talk to the tablet (Resonance Amulet - 1 will disappear). A glow around you and the tablet confirms that you have read its secret signs.
  6. Set off to find another tablet in the north-eastern part of Valley of Saints . Talk to Tablet of Vision (Valley of Saints, East) . By yourself (!), outside a party, kill all the Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 43) and get Etc resonance amulet i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 2. Return to Tablet of Vision. The glow around you and the tablet will confirm that you've read the secret signs on it.
  7. On the road again. The next tablet's location will appear on the map, in Border Outpost () . Talk to the tablet Tablet of Vision (Border Outpost) . The quest monster Vision Guardian Shakiel (lv. 81, 78) appears, though it quickly switches aggro to the cat. Kill it outside a party. Others mustn't even heal you during the fight, so stock up on potions. For the kill you get Etc resonance amulet i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 3. Talk to Tablet of Vision and watch it glow.
  8. Go to the magic guild in Goddard and find Summoner Belinda there (the very one who turned Keats into a toad). Belinda recognizes you as Keats's friend: "Ha-ha, poor Keats, I turned him into a toad! Even the great magisters can't lift an evil spell. Listen, maybe you'll become an Arcana Lord instead of him?" It turns out that part of the stone for interacting with the tablet is kept by the local barbarians. Belinda asks you to get Etc stone gray i00 0 Divine Stone of Wisdom. To get the stone, you need to complete the quest:
  9. Take Divine Stone of Wisdom to Summoner Belinda in the Goddard magic guild and get Etc resonance amulet i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 4. Go to the area between Ketra Orc Outpost and Varka Silenos Outpost and find the fourth Tablet of Vision (Garden of Beasts) there. It's behind the tents on a hill, surrounded by mobs you don't need to fight. Talk to it and watch it glow.
  10. Return to Goddard to Summoner Belinda. We learn about the fifth tablet. To get its amulet, you'll have to fight Archon of Halisha:
    1. Archon of Halisha (Monster) (81, Lv. 78) appears as a raid boss in The Four Sepulchers (Imperial Tomb).
    2. But it's better not to kill it there; instead go to Shrine of Loyalty (the passage to Imperial Tomb from Wall of Argos) and hunt Grave Scarab (Lv. 68), Scavenger Scarab (Lv. 68), Grave Ant (Lv. 68), Scavenger Ant (Lv. 68), Shrine Knight (Lv. 68), Shrine Guard (Lv. 68). You need to get 700 Halisha's Mark from them. You can be in a party that hunts these mobs.
    3. On the 701th, Archon of Halisha (Quest Monster) (70, Lv. 55) will appear and your 20 Halisha's Mark will disappear. Kill it yourself! This is important. Preferably don't even be in a party. If anyone else helps you (hits the mob, heals or buffs), Archon of Halisha will disappear. The Archon of Halisha that appears is designed to be killed solo by a character of your level. If you can't manage, get buffs before the fight, put on better gear, stock up on potions and so on. You receive Etc resonance amulet i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 5. If Halisha disappeared anyway and you didn't get the amulet, hunt the mobs again up to 700. On the 701th it should appear again.
  11. Look for the fifth Tablet of Vision (Wall of Argos, North) , located nearby in Wall of Argos ; talk to it and watch it glow.
  12. Teleport from Aden to Forsaken Plains and run to the point marked on the map. There you'll find tablet No. 6 Tablet of Vision (Forsaken Plains) . After you talk to it, Kitanis Van Hacken (lv. 81, 78) and your old acquaintance Sparky the Cat appear, fighting each other. Help Sparky the Cat defeat the vampire (you don't have to kill it; a few hits are enough and it will vanish by itself). You must fight alone, outside a party. It turns out he was the one who bewitched Belinda into cursing Keats. As soon as the vampire disappears, talk to Sparky the Cat. Now the curse on Keats is lifted, and you get the last amulet Etc resonance amulet i00 0 Resonance Amulet - 6. Talk to the tablet and glow.
  13. Return to Ivory Tower to see Head Summoner Kinsley and tell him about your progress. If you're already level 76 or higher, you'll be able to take the class Arcana Lord.
