Talk to Warehouse Chief Ranspo Town of Dion Complete the quest Fantasy Wine .
Return to Ranspo . He says that besides alcohol the celebration needs a musician. Actually he has plenty of musicians, but they've drunk away all their sheet music, and he asks you to bring him at least some. Complete one of the sheet music quests: Jovial Accordion , Bard's Mandolin or Sorrowful Sound of Flute . Take the sheet music to Warehouse Chief Ranspo . He's very glad the musician problem is solved, but suddenly wonders: what will he and the inspector have to eat? Now he needs the secret recipe of the cook Jonas Complete the quest Adept of Taste .
Take the recipe you got to Warehouse Chief Ranspo . He'll thank you, but of course that's not enough for him. He needs a dessert recipe and asks us to go to Magister Rollant Complete the quest Bring Out the Flavor of Ingredients! Return to Ranspo with the recipe.
