Talk to Captain Bathis in the center of Gludio and take the quest. You need to kill 2 bosses in Kamaloka. You can enter Kamaloka by talking to Captain Bathis.
Kill Tomlan Kamos (lv. 70, 78) on Kamaloka, the Hall of Abyss, 23 level. You'll get Tomlan Kamos' Cellular Tissue.
Kill Ol Ariosh (lv. 78, 70) on Kamaloka, the Hall of Abyss, 26 level. You'll get Ol Ariosh's Cellular Tissue.
Come to Magister Rohmer for your reward.
