First Training Goals
Target: Fellmere Harvesting Grounds
Your first task is to hunt the Felim Lizardman Warriors that live in the Fellmere Harvesting Grounds. As proof you must bring their heads.
Hunting target: Felim Lizardman Warrior.
Second Training Goals
Target: Windmill Hill
Now you must destroy the Poisonous Spiders that live on Windmill Hill and bring 10 of their Legs.
Hunting target: Poisonous Spider.

Target: Master Gwain
Master Shubain has completed all the training and has acquired a letter of recommendation. Go see Master Gwain in the town of Gludio to take the test to become a Trooper.
Test to be a Trooper
Target: Ruins of Agony
As your final test, you must defeat the Tumran Bugbear that lives in the Ruins of Agony and bring its Heart.
Hunting target: Tumran Bugbear.

Target: Master Shubain

Test to be a Trooper
Target: Ruins of Agony
To become a Trooper, you must first pass a major test -- destroy a monster known as the Tumran Bugbear and bring back its heart. You will find the Tumran Bugbear in the Ruins of Agony.

Quest walkthrough
Talk to MasterGwain in Town of Gludio. He'll tell you that to become a Trooper, you must pass a test. Tell him you'll do it. He'll send you to train with MasterShubain in Gludin Village.
Go to Master Shubain in Gludin Village. He'll say that if you don't get nervous or afraid, you'll pass the test.
Return to Master Shubain. He'll take the heads and send you to Windmill Hill to kill Venomous Spider (lv. 83, 86) until you collect 10 Venomous Spider's Leg. Run to the first line on the map. There you'll find Venomous Spiders along with Arachnid Trackers, Vuku Orc Fighters and Langk Lizardman. (Once you have the legs, you won't be told to return to Shubain; just go back once you have 10 legs.)
Return to Master Shubain. He'll take Venomous Spider Legs, give you Shubain's Recommendation and send you back to Master Gwain in Town of Gludio.
Return to Master Gwain. He'll say your training is over and now you need to pass the main test. He'll send you to Ruins of Agony to kill Tumran Bugbear (lv. 86, 83) until you get Tumran Bugbear Heart. Head west into the ruins. Inside you'll find two kinds of Bugbears: Tumran Bugbear and Tumran Bugbear Warrior. You don't need to kill Warriors.
