Quest walkthrough
- Talk to Talien in Town of Aden
. He is on the eastern side of the stairs leading to the church. Talien collects stories about ancient heroes and will ask you to find him Legend of Seventeen, which tells about the heroes who defeated Antharas. - Go to Town of Giran and talk to Gabrielle; she stands on the southern side of the town square. She'll say she knows few heroes who defeated Antharas. One of them is Antharas Watchman Gilmore, who became immortal and entered service as a guard at Death Pass , right before the entrance to Dragon Valley.
- Go to Dragon Valley (you can even get there on foot in about 10 minutes from Giran's north gate) to the entrance and talk to Gilmore. He'll tell you a grim story about the elven mage Baraham, who was one of them. She became a demonic creature and keeps Legend of Seventeen inside herself. To get the text, you need to meet her.
- Head to Town of Dion, and from there to Beehive . Walk a little northeast of the teleport point. There you'll find a cave with the monsters you need to kill. If you can't find the cave, open the map and follow the marker. Kill the jellyfish-like monsters Baraham (86, level 83) there until you get
Legend of Seventeen. - Return to Town of Aden and talk to Talien to hand over Legend of Seventeen. During the conversation he remembers that a certain dwarf from Heine has a wonderful music crystal containing the forgotten song of the ancient bards about King Raoul and his 5 knights. He asks you to get it.
- Go to Heine and talk to the dwarf Melody Maestro Kantabilon. He'll tell you the crystal is broken and he needs a special tool to restore it. He'll ask you to go to Dragon Valley and bring him at least 10 claws.
- Go to Dragon Valley. Hunt Malruk Succubus (Lv. 26) and Malruk Succubus Turen (Lv. 26) until you get 10 Malruk Succubus Claw. Be patient: the drop chance of these items is very low.
- In the Lineage 2 - High Five update, the Dragon Valley location was changed and populated by other monsters. The old monsters can be found in Watcher's Tomb . The drop chance of Malruk Succubus Claw was also increased.

- Return to Heine and talk to the dwarf again. He will be glad you are back and will give you Echo Crystal - Forgotten Song, which holds a forgotten melody.
- Return to Town of Aden and give this crystal to Talien. Now he has another whim.
- Go to Hunters Village and talk to Master Stedmiel
. Ask him about the book of poems Faded Poetry Book, which tells the story of the brave warriors who defeated Beleth. Take the book. - Bring it back to Talien. He will thank you and ask you to meet his sponsor.
- Head to Rune Township . Look for Virgil on the top floor of the temple. His granddaughter Kassandra is gravely ill.
- Consult Ogmar, who stands nearby. He knows a healer who can make medicine for her.
- Go down one floor. Find Grand Seer Rahorakti and ask him about a medicine to save the sick girl. He is ready to make it, but he needs scarlet moss, which can only be found in the swamp.
- Go to Swamp of Screams . Kill Splinter Stakato (level 78), Splinter Stakato Worker (level 78), Splinter Stakato Drone (level 78), Splinter Stakato Soldier (level 78) until you collect
5 Crimson Moss. They have resists across the board and inflict bleeding wounds. The drop chance is terribly low, so stock up on lots of patience. - In the Lineage 2 - High Five update, Crimson Moss must be farmed from Taik Orc Supply Leader (Lv. 14) in The Cemetery .

- Give the moss to Rahorakti. He will make Rahorakti's Miraculous Medicine.
- Go to the top floor and give the medicine to Kassandra.
- Talk to Virgil again. He is immensely grateful and tells you about a sect that worships a certain Lady of the Lake; you need to meet one of its members in Town of Goddard.
- Go to Town of Goddard and find Caradine . She stands northeast of the gatekeeper, on the outer side of the town. Talk to her; she will send you to the blacksmith.
- In the Lineage 2 - High Five update, the part of the quest where you had to talk to NPC Noel was removed, so you no longer need to get Hellfire Oil and Lunargent.
- Head Blacksmith Noel is currently restoring ancient weapons for a new generation of heroes. Help him with this work. He needs
Hellfire Oil and 5 Lunargent from the quest Supplier of Reagents. When you get them, return to him. - Talk to Caradine again. She will give you experience and a letter, Virgil's Letter. The letter says that Virgil needs help!
- You can help him by taking the quest Possessor of a Precious Soul - 2 once your subclass reaches level 60.
